When you really start to get excited about the positive changes you want to make in your life, that type of feeling becomes a true magnet for what you want to manifest.
This type of future thinking – excited energy, really does bring about the right vibe for wonderful transformations to take place.
So don’t focus too much on the problem, keep your mind on the solution and desired outcomes.
I feel super excited for you because I know your greatest potential will be your mirror very soon.
It’s time to strengthen your soul with the deepest power of visualisation and self-belief.
Your mindset can uplift you to the highest of highs or the lowest of lows, so please make sure you focus on the former, rather the latter here.
In the heat of the night, keep your cool by sorting out in your mind, what needs done in order to make things better for you.
What do you need and want to change?
What do you need to do today to keep you moving forward?
What will you commit to doing and how will you hold yourself accountable?
When it gets to the “enough is enough” stage, it’s amazing the amount of energy you can conjure up in order to change a tough situation around.
It’s you against you – there is never anyone else involved.
Prove to yourself today that you can definitely do what needs done and then get busy doing that. If you do that over the next 48 hours – WOW, what a real difference you will make to your life in just a short space of time. Imagine then, you kept going with that positive change for a year!
When you build up momentum in the pursuit of a dream or goal, it really does multiply your energies.
Mostly in the beginning of a “start up” phase, or for example, learning a new skill, it can take a whole lot of effort and focus to build those foundations and get things moving.
This is when the power of momentum really does help to make a positive difference.
So, keep up that consistency and channel your laser focus energy into what needs done and soon that magical momentum will kick in.
In the purest sunlight, the heart shines on like a beacon of love, dancing in the deepest cave of hope.
It is in this magnetic power a new mind is born and faraway horizons seem so close you can touch them.
Maybe all of the things in life, that don’t seem to make sense, were never to be thought about in that way.
What if, you were supposed to stay so present in each moment that thoughts of fear and doubt never ever manifested.
True thought can steer your mind in different directions – and the body, if in conflict or alignment with that thinking, will honour its preferred state of being.
Is your mind leading the way or is it your body? I think neither! I believe the magical field that surrounds your being always empowers the best out of you. It’s time to let this heavenly power communicate with your senses and create miracles through you.
You have everything you need, right here, right now to go far beyond what you think you are capable of achieving.
The sun’s energy cannot exist without you, that’s how important you are to this world.
I have been blogging on and off for a number of years now. I absolutely love writing, especially creative writing that has a poetic and uplifting feel about it.
The only thing that keeps me going and writing in this blog for so long, is that I continue to write about things, I really love writing about. That, for me, is one of the keys to becoming a successfull blogger.
The word “success” can mean many things to bloggers but for me it means, loving the whole creative process of the blogging journey and engaging with the blogging community that are so encouraging and supportive.
So if you’re thinking of starting a blog, please don’t think, just start NOW. Don’t think about, what shall I write about to get followers and what will the people out there want from me? Write about what YOU are deeply passionate about and believe me your best writing WILL lead you to success in a much more meaningful and fulfilling way.

Sometimes we slow down in our progress because of our misdirected energy. What do I mean by this?
Well, when our focus is out of alignment and our core values are not being honoured on a daily basis, our energy takes a different path or indeed a different form.
Think about what “doings” give you the greatest life energy and direct your focus more into that.
I was so excited this morning to write to you in this blog and that’s a very good example of where my energy needs to be.
As you move through your Monday, may you channel your energy in the right direction.
Create your day from the heart and your energy will be in abundance.
You are worthy of the greatest life, you are worthy, you deserve happiness, peace, harmony, joy, balance, love, wealth and true fulfilment in your life.
See yourself embracing the fullness of life, envision yourself as happy as can be, let your imagination take you to your dreams.
You are worthy, you are more than worthy, you, my friend, deserve the BEST.
How do you know you are strong, how do you really know, have you tested your inner strength recently? Why not test it again over the next few days, weeks, months?…I encourage you to set yourself a goal, a goal that will challenge your inner being, a goal that when you reach it, you know that you are even more stronger that you could ever imagine.
Make a commitment to yourself to be brave, to release your courageous soul into the universe and let it unleash your greatest potential to fight for that goal. Make sure it’s a goal worth fighting for and if it is……well I already know you’ve made it, I already know and you do too.
As I “type” this 🙂 I urge you today to handwrite a letter to someone. By writing a letter to a friend or family member, to me, it actually feels much more meaningful, it gives it much more sincerity and thoughtfulness. That’s not to say that an email can’t be, but I just think it is really nice now and again to handwrite a letter to a special person in your life.
Today I had the choice to send an email or handwrite a letter and for the first time in a long time, I did the latter…..I sat down at my desk and wrote a letter to the person. Now I did deliberately make more time for it and yes my hand was a little sore after filing 6 pages but, you know what, it felt really really good, I felt that I was putting some beautiful loving energy onto that paper and now that person will receive that lovely energy even more so when they read.
Who do you want to write a letter to today? I encourage you to take some time out of your beautiful busy life and handwrite a letter to someone important in your life. Believe me you will receive many benefits by doing this and so will the person receiving the letter, I am so sure of that.
In 1996 I replied to a newspaper advert, pen friends for people in the British Army – I thought it would be a nice thing to do.
On the 13th January 1997 I received my first letter from Steve, he was 23 years and had been serving in the British army since he was 18 years old, the airmail letter came from Bosnia. We never actually met, we just wrote to each other for a period of 2 years.
I was clearing out old papers from my mum’s house the other day and came across Steve’s letters to me – 31 of them. Today I am reading all these letters again, I am happy, I am sad (but in a good way) and I have gained such heart warming inspiration from them, all over again….I wonder where Steve is now? I wish him very well
These are the little unexpected moments of life that put some true meaning and purpose into it all. Feeling blessed.
Write a letter to someone today, go on, I know it would be a very lovely thing to do and you and the other person will get so much from it.

Please note, that sadly after writing this blog post, I was so sad to find out that Steve passed away in September 2012 at the very young age of 39 years, I am so shocked. I will try my best to get in touch with his mum and forward his beautiful letters to her. He was so happy and full of life, such a loss to this world that he is no longer here. I think this is just a little reminder to us all that we must make the most of our lives and focus on the important things to us going forward. Clarabelle

Let’s get going my friends, you and me, let’s get going today!!
I was at the Post Office this morning posting some Christmas cards and parcels to friends at home and abroad. The person serving at the Post Office Counter, if I’m very honest, is usually almost always “grumpy”, I never really look forward to being served by him. However, this morning was different, today he was smiling, he was chirpy, he was definitely giving off “happy vibes”. I smiled at him as I approached the counter and he happily took all my Christmas cards and parcels, weighed them etc.. and charged for them. I was smiling at him the whole way through being served and saying “thank you”. He was really happy, I could tell, then he said “Can I help you with anything else?”, I said “Yes, I would like to take out £50 from my bank account but only if you have a £50 note”. He smiled and said that they wouldn’t normally have £50 notes but someone had come in earlier today and paid for something with lots of £50 notes. He said therefore he could give me a £50 note and then, to my complete surprise, said he would go through all the £50 notes and give me the BEST, freshest, newest looking one. I didn’t ask him to do that, he offered and I smiled very happily back at him and said “great, thank you so much”.
Blown Away
We had a short little chat about nice new money notes then he gave me my £50 note, smiled, said thank you and wished me a good day. I was blown away, I would never have expected him to say this to me before now, I wished him the best day ever and I hopped happily out of the shop.
I felt so good after that interaction with this person, it just goes to show the difference we can make to another person’s life by just being pleasant, well mannered and giving off “happy vibes”.
Wherever you are in the world today remember the impact you have on others, so please make it a positive one, you just might make someone’s day.

I was listening to positive affirmations this morning by Louise Hay and one of the things she said really stuck with me, she said “give out that which you wish to receive”. Wow, I feel this is so true, the more beauty you give out to this Universe the more it will come back to you – like a boomerang that has picked up more goodness along the way. Wish Upon a Penny
I listen in the silence, sweet birdies do sing
Should I turn on the TV and drown out their din
I will ignore their calling, just for a while
I’ve a busy mind, chores they do pile
The sun it may shine, but my head’s in a cloud
A storm is brewing, amongst this crowd
I’m strangled in frustration, fighting the war
No one sees me and my internal decor

As some of you may already know I have my own Professional Coaching Business, Murray People International Coaching, www.murraypeople.com. I set up the business in 2008 after a wonderful career as a Human Resource Professional and now nearly 5 years later, it is still growing strong…I love coaching. I mainly coach Senior Executives in Global Companies but I also do private one to one Career and Life Coaching, I am fully certified as a Professional Coach. I really love working with people and seeing them achieve their goals in life. I deliberately make a real effort to continually develop myself everyday so that I can use my learning in my one to one sessions with my clients, I know the better that I can become, then the better I will work with them, and the better they will become and get the results they want. Every new coaching tool I learn for clients, I also apply to myself, this helps me to personally evolve and increases my self-awareness. So lately I have been asking myself my own questions about my life, here is the question I asked myself recently:
What do you want your life to be/look like one year from now?
So, of course, I went to work and I looked at each area of my life and in great detail wrote down what I specifically want my life to be and look like one year from now. I absolutely loved this process. I looked at the following areas:
Health
Environment
Money
Career
Intimate Relationship
Fun
Family & Friends
Leisure & Activities
Personal Growth
Three pages later and I had a wonderful vision of where I WILL be one year from now because I believe that will happen for me, because I WILL make it happen for me. I have a very good track record, I was thinking of goals I have set myself in the past and fully committed to and I can honestly say I have achieved every single one of them, so this gives me an abundance of self-confidence going forward.
What About YOU?
If you want to make positive changes in your life, I would totally recommend that you sit down quietly with a notepad and pen or type on your computer/iPad and answer that question for yourself:
What do YOU want YOUR life to be/look like one year from now?
What you do after that is your choice, I read my list every morning, so I can get my specific goals embedded into my heart, mind and soul and this helps me to become super focused in achieving that for myself, sometimes without even trying. You see it is like programming my brain to focus on achieving that for myself, so my everyday choices and decisions are in support of those life goals. I am super focused, laser focused, fully committed and fully passionate about making these goals happen for me. I want the same for YOU, I want you to have a better life, I want you to have everything that you have ever wanted, I want the BEST for YOU, I truly and honestly do. It’s your life, GO GET IT!! (I think I may make that my new slogan!!)

Dreams in her Soul
She writes with love, she writes with light;
Early in the morning, and last thing at night.
She opens her heart, to everyone;
Sharing her secrets, thinking of fun.
A happy soul, she shares it with glee;

Shadows paint a pathway, over where she has run.

Sometimes I feel like I could just explode with excitement and happiness and yesterday (05.01.13) was one of those days. So I grabbed a pen and paper wrote the following poem (well 8 in a row actually). Embrace life and all of its adventure, even in the toughest of tough times, there is great learning to be had. There’s fun in my heart, waiting to escape;

Sometimes when I look into someone’s eyes, I just know if their soul is truly enlightened with love. I know they want to be really happy and maybe look happy on the outside but the window to their soul never lies, it’s all about the inside. “Love is Free-Flowing”
I see in your eyes, no light or love;
Dead in the moment, but the rainbow is above.
You attract what you become, not just what you’ve got;
Love is free-flowing, and cannot be bought.
It’s nice to have freedom, choice and dreams;
But to enjoy it alone, bursts a heart at the seams.
Change your direction, take your soul along the path;
There you’ll meet true beauty, and with faith, your other half.
For sometimes we look so hard, and still cannot see;
Sometimes the ‘law of attraction’, works mysteriously.
It’s not in ‘the secret’, or a special treasure box;
It’s not hidden in a cave, or where the wishing well talks.
It’s found in your spirit, and blooms in the sunlight;
It brightens up your mood, full of happiness and delight.
Your paradise of love, will always find a way;
Seek truth in each moment, and loves light will shine on you today.
Life can be really really tough sometimes, it can throw you curve ball after curve ball, whilst you’re climbing up the highest mountain, in the toughest terrain and then just when you think you’re getting somewhere, down comes the avalanche!! You may not realise it, but this is where the lighting strikes, this is where the miracle happens….saturated in doubts and drenched in tears, your heart and soul gets to work and creates a special magic inside of you, which reaches out and touches the stars. When you feel the deepest pain, believe me, it’s the start of your healing. How do I know?……I’ve been there. The New Year is just around the corner, there is life after 2012, I see it is so very special for you, full of love and abundance. My inner calling told me to share this with you today…….sometimes we all need a helping hand – listen to the whispers of your heart, for they only speak truth to you. There’s a Champion in YOU!!
Your light shines brighter, in the dark,
Your heart beats stronger, but leaves no mark.

I’ve been feeling alot of love in the air recently, it’s everywhere around me, it’s abundant, I know I don’t need to search for it, it is always there and you have it within and around you too. Love is the fresh air, on my face,
Love is the energy, in this place.
Love can move mountains, travel in time,
Love is a symbol, that’s truly sublime.

Lately I have been noticing that things have been going my way, such as green traffic lights, people going out of their way to help me, smiles from strangers on the street, unexpected gifts, getting treated to lunch and receiving beautiful thank you notes. I am so so so grateful for the abundance that is in my life right now and I am even more grateful that I am aware of it. Green is for go, I see it everywhere,
Moving me forward, it’s so special and rare.
The key to the door, the answer to my prayers,
