There is no greater presence than now
I want you to really think about the above quote and what it speaks to you.
There is no greater presence than NOW and no greater answer than NOW.
As soon as you become solely aware of this power, a positive internal shift begins to happen.
Time begins to slow down and eventually doesn’t exist. Worries become non-existent and joy becomes more of a priority or just IS.
Life changes thought or thought changes life? – that won’t matter anymore, because your true presence will thrive in natural flow.
You may never get to experience pure reality but one thing is for sure, if you do miss out on this one absolute truth, you truly haven’t lived.
Life doesn’t have to be as complicated as we make it. Calm waters make more impact than stormy seas.

I will have a POETIC EMPIRE evolving before your eyes
I hope you’re having a truly wonderful day – I really do.
I was reflecting today (28 October 2022) on how much I love writing poetry, so much so, that I decided to change this whole Clarabelle blog into one GIGANTIC POETIC VISION.
So you will see that some things have changed around here and my main aim will be to continue to write poetry daily and share it with you. Going back to my roots and keeping it simple.
I will still add in some empowerment food for thought along the way but my strong focus now, going forward is, quite simply, to write poems and share them with you.
So there you have it. Poetry all the way.
The Clarabelle Podcast will now become the Clarabelle Poetry Podcast and I will share my spoken word poetry with you.
The motivational and encouraging posts will now be entwined in some sort of poetic format.
The videos I create, will all be poetic.
The Clarabelle products on sale currently all contain poetic verses and I will continue with this.
Basically, I will have a POETIC EMPIRE evolving before your eyes.
So that’s it for today. I am currently in Bonny Scotland visiting my lovely Mum who is celebrating her 80th birthday but I will continue to write on here daily whilst away.

Everyone in the community knew each other and looked out for each other.
MY SWEET SWEET MEMORIES FROM THE LATE 70S & EARLY 80S
You could leave your house door open during the night;
You could go for an early sole run in the park with no fear;
You would chat outside to your next door neighbour for hours;
No one carried a mobile phone and everyone coped fine;
Children played in large groups outside after school;
Local playgrounds were filled with children, without the need for parents being there;
Children used their imagination and played ‘made up’ games with their friends;
You only had one true best friend but it was called a ‘best pal’;
We didn’t have a landline at home and no one really cared;
All family dinners were home made;
A holiday was going on family day trips to the closest seaside location;
There was only three TV channels and we felt spoiled for choice;
If you could afford a taxi, you were rich;
If you missed the bus, you had to wait another hour on the next one;
Those tiny bronze half pence pieces existed and you felt you had loads of money;
Children would jump for joy with a 10 pence mix up;
Children played water fights during the summer holidays with empty washing up liquid bottles;
Everyone in the community knew each other and looked out for each other;
Hardly anyone had a car;
Getting a 50 pence toy from the local shop, felt like Christmas;
The milkman delivered your glass bottles of milk on your front door step every morning;
As children, we played, football rounders, hide and seek, skipping ropes, kick the can, hopscotch, obstacle courses, sprint races, tennis, swingball, talent shows…and all outdoors!
My Dad, Grans, Granda, Aunties, Uncle, Godmother and some good School Pals were all living back then – now sadly missed . . . . . . oh how I remember when!

Think about your THINKING today – is it rising high or laying low?
You’ve got to think high to rise! This line is from the famous poem entitled, “Thinking” by Walter D. Wintle
Small thinking won’t get you anywhere impactful. I encourage you to allow your thinking to “RISE UP” and take charge of your being.
Big thinking, doesn’t need to match up with big steps – baby steps will work too!
I would rather take tiny steps forward towards a GREAT VISION than take large steps towards a low level goal.
Think about your THINKING today – is it rising high or laying low?
Don’t read this article and do nothing my friend – for that truly is the lowest level of thinking and doing.
I encourage you to turn up the temperature in your life and rise like the heat on the sunniest of days.

don’t be scared to demonstrate the best of you
There is absolute genius in you and you’ve got to believe that.
No other person in this world has had the exact same experiences as you or thinks exactly like you.
You can always bring ‘another level’ to whatever you are involved in.
Don’t be scared to demonstrate the best of you. Be proud of you and your true potential, enabling you to get to where you want to go.
Never shy away from what you truly deserve to have in your life. Only you can hold you back – now read that line again!
Be a sponge for learning new things, no matter what age you are and ensure you focus your energy on what really matters to you.
Mix all of the above with undeniable self-belief and you’re on your way to not only changing yourself for the better but to having a positive impact on the world too.
You may not think about it in this way, but you really can inspire others with what you say and what you do – that’s how powerful you truly are.
Go out today and show everyone what you’ve got. Your future success relies on today’s impactful thinking, so make sure your brave heart, leads you through every unknown battle and into the life you truly deserve.

At the moment I do 3 blog posts per day and people ask me where I get my inspiration from to write those articles and keep it up. Let me tell you something, I have no challenge at all with being inspired to write, I could write to you all day everyday, it would always be a joy for me. I know writing is for ME, I just love it, I never ever get tired of writing to you, for you and for me. Writing keeps me going, writing on this blog to you inspires my soul and uplifts every part of my being. I can write at any time of the day, inspiration is always there……it’s never ending.
I know creative writing is definitely ME, I live and breathe it with my passionate heart.
I have amazing, fabulous plans going forward that will allow me to write even more and more and more…….so my beautiful friend, watch this space, watch how this all flourishes before your very eyes.
I love having you here, I really do and I’ll never stop writing to you for I know in my heart this is ME.

Sometimes in life we want to be a little shut off from the world….like having “temporary me” time, to give ourselves time to adjust, adapt, heal, plan, write, reflect…..or whatever that needs to be.
It is important to recognise when you need that time and not to feel obliged to expose it. When you are ready you will and not before then….this is valuable “me time”. It’s okay if others find it strange to understand at first, it’s better for you to “seek first to understand before being understood”, than the other way about. See it from their perspective first…..it will free your mind up to continue to focus all your energies on you.
If this is you, and/or you are in need of some “space” and some precious “me time” make sure you have it…….it will be good for your soul and you will re-emerge out of your cocoon with renewed energy and a fresh perspective on life.
Be open to this understanding and it will help you every step of the way.
Soon you’ll be flying……soon my friend, believe that. 🙂

Which of your core values is most important to you?
My Answer: Â
In my work as a Coach I explore core values with the individuals I work with, I feel it is so important to understand what your values are and what each value means to you.  My number one core value without any doubt is “Love”.  What does “Love” mean to me? Love is everything, without love for self and for each other, life for me would be meaningless.  Love has an invisible power, like no other force, love is the answer to all conflicts and broken down relationships.  Love is magnetic, love is nature, love is peace, love is love, is love.  “Love Redeems All” (that’s on my Vision Wall).
On 21 December 2012 I was invited to attend a Winter Solstice meditation event. Â Here is an extract from the invitation:
“This year’s Winter Solstice is an extraordinary event that has been anticipated and speculated by the astrologers for many years. I’m sure we have all heard about the Mayan calendar ending its significant cycle on that day.  There is another most powerful event that is taking place on December 21st 2012. On that day the planet earth will be part of the Galactic Alignment that takes place once every 26,000 years. We are having this meditation with the intention to align with this monumental event. When we come together our energies converge to create a powerful magnetic force that attracts the universal energies. Together we are more than the sum of its parts. We do this in support of the transformation and growth which we hope to maintain in the coming year of 2013. This event will never be witnessed by us or by many generations that follow us. We cannot afford to miss this opportunity for honouring and letting go of the Old with grace and gratitude, and embracing the New in trust, surrender and joy.”Â
I had never been to anything like this before and I was excited to go.  It felt really strange at first, just because it was all new to me but I felt I really embraced the event with all my heart. When I came home from the event I drew the following picture of “Love“, at the time I never fully understood what I was drawing, I was…..well, just drawing because it felt right at the time.  Now, as I read more on the subjects of “The Quantum Field”, “The Law of Vibration” and other related topics, I am really starting to understand what my drawings mean.
What does love look like to you? Â If you had to draw a picture of “Love” what would it look like? Â I’m cheating now because that is more questions. Â :-)

Today, I celebrate the birthday of this blog, it is one year old today. Â I love putting my heart, soul, passion and energy into this blog and I feel it is evolving as I am evolving.
Inner Growth
I didn’t plan to do this blog, it wasn’t one of my goals but I do remember the day, one year ago, when I decided to set it up here on wordpress. Â Prior to that, I had been writing lots and lots of poetry and I was gaining so much inner growth and special connection from my creative self expressions. Â Something just clicked with me that day, on 20 April 2012, there was a heightened moment of realisation, a momentary illumination of the heart, that I should share my poetry and other creative expressions on a blog. Â I just felt there was this strong inner calling to do that – so I did, I acted on it straight away, with no hesitation, it was a very enlightened experience indeed.
The Story of My Life
It was the right thing to do, this blog is part of me now, it’s the story of my life, the sharing of my secrets, it demonstrates the strength in my vulnerability and the love in my heart. Â It has been soul baring, deeply moving and heartwarming at times, I have shared poetic reflections that I used to only whisper to my shadow. Â This blog is about who I am and what I am becoming but I know I would not get the same fulfillment, deepest gratitude and satisfaction from it, if it wasn’t connecting with other souls – it has to inspire hearts – it has to help YOU to evolve and advance too. Â
I want for you what I want for myself and that is to truly live life, to truly love life, to be who you are, to answer your inner calling, to shape the right way forward for yourself in alignment with your values, to have peace and knowing in your heart that you are all that you ever need to be, to have faith and trust in your ability to use your creative imagination to advance you forward in life and attract a never ending abundance of all that you have ever wanted. Â You are on the path to personal evolution, you never came off it, it’s time now to enjoy the scenery and truly live in this moment now……..as I write this, I hear the birds singing outside – in the beauty and gratitude of each precious moment the miracle of life right now will always give us what we need.
Go create with pure passion in your heart, for the tide of opportunity wants you to surf its waves and refresh the soul of the deepest oceans.
