There is no greater presence than now
I want you to really think about the above quote and what it speaks to you.
There is no greater presence than NOW and no greater answer than NOW.
As soon as you become solely aware of this power, a positive internal shift begins to happen.
Time begins to slow down and eventually doesn’t exist. Worries become non-existent and joy becomes more of a priority or just IS.
Life changes thought or thought changes life? – that won’t matter anymore, because your true presence will thrive in natural flow.
You may never get to experience pure reality but one thing is for sure, if you do miss out on this one absolute truth, you truly haven’t lived.
Life doesn’t have to be as complicated as we make it. Calm waters make more impact than stormy seas.

Uplift my spirits,
higher than the sun,
guide me through,
all that needs done.
Tell me everything,
I need to hear,
even in silence,
let it be clear.
Sometimes I feel lost,
strange in a way,
not in the crowd,
but bewildered each day.
The path I have chosen,
doesn't feel right,
how did I get here,
without the pure light?
Is there a turning,
to a happier place,
where doing what I love,
fulfils me with grace?
If what I do seek,
is surely seeking me,
maybe this wrong track,
is where I should be?

missing their touch
Most of us who have suffered the great loss of a precious loved one, may indeed connect to the following poem. I want you to know that I feel you and I truly understand the deepest hurt losing a loved one can bring.
WHEN YOU LOSE A LIFE
When you lose a life, you loved so much, absence of hugs, missing their touch. You grieve their heart, you once embodied before, many sleepless nights, craving them more. An invisible pain, that never goes away, so lost without them, a hate for each day. No one shares, the hurt in you, life feels numb, purposeless too. But know their presence, lives in your soul, a bond so strong, making you whole. Believe they stand, right by your side, giving you energy, watching with pride. They are your candle, giving you light, they are your blanket, comforting you at night. They listen to your whispers, guide your inner thoughts, solving your problems, untying the knots. Peace in her Heart
She woke up, with peace in her heart today
No inner battles, in her way
The fight has gone, war no more
Everything leads, to the fulfilment door
Now it’s different, now she can see
That an opened heart, will let this be
She knows that her gift, travels afar
She knows that her energy, raises the bar
And as the soft wind blows, contentment plays a tune
Happiness in the air, goodnight Mr Moon
This misty morning, is full of white
She feels its presence, she is the light
Her breath is silent, and simply pure
