A little bit of motivation goes a long long way.  I love anything motivational and inspirational, so much so that I’ve got to get my daily fix.  I usually listen to 1-2 hours of motivational stuff when I wake up in the morning and then often listen to more throughout the day when I can.  Below is a list of just some of my favourite motivational and inspirational people:

Super Focused

This helps me to stay super focused on developing myself in order to achieve my goals and dreams in life.  This journey of life can mess with your heart and mind sometimes – if you let it, so I believe it’s always good to have a mechanism or process that works for you to get you “back on track”.

My original music and poetry comes from a peaceful place in my heart and soul and I would definitely say that “hanging around” everyday with the above inspirational people has certainly helped me to achieve that and believe in myself.

Practice on Purpose

I was talking to one of my clients only last week about deliberate practice towards a desired goal that is in alignment with your core values.  Today I came across this YouTube video by Dr Bill Crawford, I really love his work and what he stands for, I learn so much from him.  Watch the video below, it really does make a lot of sense.
