Challenges are a blessing, they make us stronger from within, although at the time it doesn’t really feel that way.  

Courage will always find you. Please have faith and know in your heart of hearts that setbacks make us dig deeper and a new opportunity awaits for you.

Have patience my dear,

for all is well,

I see it for your future,

I hear its jingle bell.

For just around the corner,

is a beautiful light,

waiting for the darkness,

to shine on you so bright.

Challenges are a blessing,

they make us who we are,

welcome them with open arms,

jump on that magical star.

Courage will always find you,

be brave and carry on,

just because you can’t see it,

doesn’t mean all hope is gone.

Trust in your heart,

have faith in all that’s here,

this path that you are on,

is quite simply crystal clear.

I Stand Here Tall

I stand here tall,
mighty and strong,
confident in spirit,
all day long.

I stand here united,
together as one,
breathing in light,
embracing the sun.

I stand here brave,
courageous in mind,
fighting each demon,
treasures I find.

I stand here proud,
giving my all,
believing in me,
I stand here tall.

The Great Life

What if everything goes your way?

Brave steps of change can be a little daunting at times, however, you must think of the positives; you must stay focussed on all the great things that change can bring.

Yes, change can be a little scary but sometimes the more you over analyse, the more you want to stay in your comfort zone. Surely a great life can only be achieved with brave change, ambitious desire and deep faith in your heart that you are most definitely doing the right thing?

When you feel driven, when you feel responsible for making your life a great life……then you will take the plunge and what if everything does go your way….what if?

Wouldn’t that just be a great GREAT life for you.

Be Brave

She said, “be brave”.

Today she dreams
of what will be
her vibrant heart
beating free.

Her thoughts they shine
beneath the sun
glowing brightly
in everyone.

When it was dark
in pasts gone by
she battled her way
she challenged her why.

She said "be brave"
be the one
who strives to make it
until it's done.

No other path
could take her where
the heavens opened
soul stripped bare.

She gives her mind
to this cause
silence in love
kind self-applause.

She raised her spirit
embraced inner beauty
to achieve her purpose
she made it her duty.

Be Brave

Sometimes you just have to be brave in the darkest night…..when challenges keep coming….this is your time to be strong, this is your opportunity to shine.  I wrote this poem (below) a few weeks ago…..reflecting, thinking…..putting my self-belief to the test.  I can do it, YOU can do it, WE WILL DO IT!! Here is an original poem from me to YOU.  Just believe……BELIEVE IN YOU.

Who is She?….She is me!!

Sometimes she’s scared,
in the darkest night.
Trembling for hope,
seeking the light.

Questions run riot,
in her mind.
What is she doing?
What will she find?

I think I know her,
I’ve felt her before.
Wrapped in the secrets,
She don’t dare explore.

But I see she is brave,
fighting her war.
Doing her own thing,
What’s it all for?

Her spirit is high,
unusually so.
Because she wins every battle,
Tough tests when she’s low.

I see she is grateful,
in the now.
When all seems lost,
she doesn’t ask how.

For her desires are stronger,
than the fear she feels.
She knows she can win,
positive belief heals.

So she shares her story,
because all can relate.
She frees her happy spirit,
and dances through the gate.

Being Brave

This is a breakthrough day for me today, a day where I put my energy and heart out there to the world.  I say this because I am being brave and courageous and putting myself out there to the Universe in a different way.  I am sharing with you one of the songs I wrote recently for my new Album called “The Becoming of Me”.  This is the first time I have ever sang on video with the intent to demonstrate the power and unfolding of making my dreams come true.  This passion has indeed been locked inside of me for over 30 years and now I am embracing the moment and creating opportunities for myself.  I have no idea where this may lead to, all I know is that it feels right to share with you today.

TRACK 1:  “I AM HERE”  

This song is about the loss of a loved one (my father) and also about having a loved one who lives very far away from you, like in a long distance relationship or family living “Across the Miles”.  It tells the heartfelt story of the strong innner desire to have them so close to you, in that very moment, imagining them so close that they are actually there, then feeling the heartbreak of the reality that they are not there and are never coming back or will not be back for a long time.
