I found this video on YouTube very interesting indeed, I know I have still a lot to learn about all of this stuff, but I will remain curious and continue to be a better person everyday.

How Did I Get Here?
I feel light today, free from unnecessary pressures and unwanted stress. I feel at one with myself, I feel like I am floating in the goodness of the Universe. I feel as light as the air I breathe in, I feel calmness and full of gratitude. How did I get here, to this magical place, to this beautiful feeling of oneness and wellbeing? I do believe I unlocked my heart, let go of the ego and brought myself back to me. It has taken a while, almost 40 years but I got there, not in the end but in the beginning, for I have arrived, once again!! This next poem poured out of my soul this morning, may it bring you a touch of what you need in your life right now. Lots of love Clarabelle
Destiny
My heart moves, slowly towards the light;
Into the unknown, it’s shining bright.
Destiny decided, this is where you’ll be;
A dance step forward, I’m feeling free.
I take pleasure in this ride, it just feels right;
My soul is blessed, beneath the stars and moonlight.
I thank you Universe, you’ve did me good;
My spirits are high, I have deep gratitude.
To enter the unknown, and all its mystery
Keeps me alive in this moment, without the history.
So I treasure this day, the time is NOW;
Sunsets and butterflies, make me feel WOW!!

Sunshine in her Heart
Illuminate
Whatever the weather outside, please know that there is always sun shining in your heart, creating warmth and pure energy wherever you go. Feel your inner glow right now, believe that there is no special secret to a fulfilling life, you have all the answers you need, at this very moment. You don’t need fixing, you just need to illuminate the strength from within your soul, it is this strength that touches others in a moving and inspirational way because we are all connected and your happiness is my happiness too. This next poem is inspired by just that, may every part of your being today sparkle in the fresh air. Much love to you, Clarabelle.
Sunshine in her Heart
She talks with sunshine, in her heart,
Love flows freely, a connected part.
In the darkest of days, she sees the star,
Bringing it closer, from travels afar.
Imagination sparkles, in every thought,
Happiness in the moment, that cannot be bought.
She is special, she holds cares in the clouds,
Enlightened moments, from amongst the crowds.
Where does this come from? How did it grow?
What does she feed it, for true love to flow?
There is no secret, or special mix,
The solution is insider her, and there’s nothing to fix.

Natural Flow
When I am out running, I often feel like I fall into some sort of hypnotic or meditative state, it’s hard to explain and put into words but whilst out running today I was thinking about it. Sometimes my runs are easy, free-flowing, effortless and natural (like yesterday) and sometimes my runs feel really tough (like today). Whilst out running this morning I was thinking about, what makes the difference in me? I know that when my mind is busy, like today, my runs are tougher and when my mind is silent, it feels like, as the runner, I become the run. This then got me thinking about other things that would also apply to, i.e. the lover becomes the love, the singer becomes the song etc.. etc.. Which inspired this next poem. Whatever you do today, may it feel natural, loving and in spirit. Love Clarabelle
Natural Flow
The runner becomes the run;
The laughter becomes the fun.
The walker becomes the walk;
The talker becomes the talk.
This is what I know;
This is natural flow.

The lover becomes the love;
The rain flows from the cloud above.
The singer becomes the song;
Solitude is where I belong.
This is what I feel;
This for me is real.

The artist becomes the art;
True spirit flows from your heart.
The swimmer becomes the sea;
Creative flow comes from feeling free.

I believe for me and you.

Happiness, Happiness
Today (2nd August 2012) I finished reading the book, “The Ultimate Happiness Prescription” by Deepak Chopra, in which it gives you 7 keys to joy and enlightenment. I found this book to be extremely fascinating and truly ‘mind-expanding’ on a much deeper and more personal level. I just love this quote from the book, “If you focus on the present, your life will be constantly renewed”, this for me is such a refreshing thought. This next poem is inspired by happiness. May your day be filled with an abundance of happiness. Love Clarabelle
