Spread a touch of love today, it will really make a difference to your day and to someone else’s day. This could be anything from buying someone a cup of coffee, to making their dinner for them, or baking a cake for your neighbour. A little bit of love goes a long long way and people will always remember how you made them feel and there is no better feeling than feeling loved and cared for.

Rise and Shine
Wake up, wake up, rise and shine;
Get out of that bed, life is divine.
No more wallowing, in negative talk;
Get dressed, put your shoes on, and go for a walk.
Breathe in the fresh air, feel the light on your face;
Turn your life around, pick up the pace.
For no one can change you, you’ve heard it before;
Opportunity awaits you, open the door.
Make this one memorable, make it your goal;
To commit to a better future, this is your role.
