Gig Highlights
Clarabelle’s First Home Gig
If you are a regular follower of this blog, you will be aware that I did my very first home Gig last Friday night and I wanted to share with you a very short summary video from the evening. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I hope you can see that from the video. I’m moving forward step by step, taking myself out of my comfort zone and embracing the growth and change. In the midst of silence…
Take Root and Grow
I am big on personal development, it is a massive thing for me, so so so important. I also believe patience and timing is so important too. Mix these things together and you get the following quote:
“Be patient, give the seed time to take root and grow…..then you WILL flourish like never before”. (Clarabelle)
Please don’t rush the journey, enjoy the now, enjoy the learning and enjoy the growth, there is a much bigger plan for you, the Universe is bringing it to you, all in good time my friend, all in good time. 🙂

The Path of Gratitude
Gratitude
I have a lot of gratitude bursting inside of me right now, I know it was always there but I didn’t always show it. I know I am walking the path of gratitude, I am growing and becoming a better person every day but I want to continue to develop all of this in a natural and very genuine way, it must not be forced.
What a Feeling
Yesterday, I was with a client and he shared with me a “Mood Lift Chart”.….WOW, I just loved this. The chart scale goes from a score of minus 9 which represents a depressed mood to plus 9 which represents gratitude. When I looked at this chart I instantly smiled because I knew at that moment in time I was in a grateful mood, the top of the chart – what a feeling!!
I was filled with gratitude most of the day yesterday, I reached out to people I know, because I wanted to thank them for being in my life right now. I just know that those simple words of “thank you” meant so much to me and the person receiving them.
A simple thank you goes a long long way, who do you want to thank today for being in your life right now? Go on, reach out to them, say those beautiful words with meaning and purpose and you will be camping at the top of the “Mood Lift Chart”.

How Do You Know You Are Growing?
A Question for You to Ponder
Welcome to my monthly post, where I post a question for you to answer (I will share my answer with you too). You may not wish to answer straight away, you may wish to contemplate the question for a few minutes/hours/days or even a couple of weeks. You don’t even need to post the answer on here, but it would be nice if you would and share your answers with others. So here is your question for this month:
How do you know you are growing?
Here is my answer:
- I have a greater sense of self-awareness and I practice mindfulness.
- I am having different kinds of meaningful conversations with different people from around the world.
- I am deliberately learning every day – educating myself on personal mastery, business, love and life fulfillment.
- I welcome a broader range of learning and I am open to new ideas that inspire my imagination and creativity.
- I am sharing my learning, every day.
- I am progressing towards my goal achievement – I see and feel the results.
- I am committed to making me a better me and I am enjoying the NOW.
- I am always moving outside of my comfort zone into my learning/stretch zone.
- I dare to dream and have big plans for the future.
- I practice courage every day and see the value in being brave, facing my fears and getting on with life.
- I am grateful, so very very grateful for everything I have in my life right now – my health, my home, my happiness.
- I help people, more than I ever have, I make time to help people because this is what I love to do.
- I sing, I dance, I run in the rain, I laugh, I cry and I don’t hold onto the sweet memories of the past, they are very special however there are many more special moments to be enjoyed now and in the future.
- I love and I have an abundance of self-love.
- I pray, for self and for others, this brings much peace to my heart and mind.
- I am not frightened anymore to show my vulnerable side, I see this is a real strength.
- I know I am stronger, I feel stronger, I look stronger from the outside and inside.
- I am positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and full of energy….I know my heart and soul is alive.
- I am excited about life now and all that could and will be.
- I am making music, writing songs and the child in me is smiling.
- I am becoming me, nothing more, nothing less and it feels so good.
- I believe in me, I have faith, I am truly unique.
- I believe in YOU, you are all of the above and more.
True Beauty
The “roots determine the fruits”, what does this mean? It means that if you work on the root of a problem rather than the symptom you can create everlasting change. Nourish the root with love, that’s what my next inspirational quote for you is all about. May your day be filled with love and encouragement, Clarabelle.

Little Plant
It’s amazing what can grow out of a tiny little seed. By giving the right care, attention and nutrition, what at first is like a tender little plant, can turn into a strong, gracious and radiant tree. Take a look at yourself, take time to nurture at the roots and this fulfilling nourishment will create an abundance of graciousness and radiance within you. This poem is all about that. Little Plant
It was passed to me, with love and care,
A tiny seed, no leaves it did wear.
Its eyes perched, above the yellow pot,
Searching for the sun, so warm and hot.
I gave it water, I fed it well,
I’m sure it listened, I could tell.
It grew stronger, day by day,
Branching out, in a wonderous way.
It took time and patience from me,
Then this little plant, turned into a tree.
And now it blooms, in my garden so fair,
Covered in leaves, it no longer is bare.
The right nutrients, did it good,
Sowing seeds with love, is the best food.

The Main Attraction is YOU
I was in deep discussion with my good friend Tom yesterday, we always have some great conversations around personal development. We were talking about the importance of ‘going to work on yourself’. What do I mean by this?. . . . Well, it is all about becoming an attractive person to the market place, the value you can add. Start seeing yourself as the ‘magnet’, making yourself better, stronger and taking action on that – not focusing too much on the outcome. . . .that will come in the end. By developing yourself in the best way you can, you attract people and things into your life by becoming attractive to them. Positively, move forward in your life, through your own growth and development. Do what it takes to make that happen, this next poem is inspired by just that.
The Main Attraction is YOU
Focus on the magnet, that’s you
Take positive action, towards all that you do
You want to become, an attraction for all
An abundance of energy – like a ‘bouncing ball’
Improve yourself, develop well
Step by step, the ‘doing’ will tell
Your story of life, will change throughout
Creating pages of hope, where magic is about
Remember this, the main attraction is YOU
Continuous growth, will lead you to all, that is true
