Goodbye Sunshine,
Hello Moon.
Brightest stars,
So long bloom.
Hearts gone by,
Tears collide,
Hugs of warmth,
People who guide.
Sparkling eyes,
Whispered treasure,
Thank you friends,
It’s my pleasure.

On your journey of life, don’t forget to watch the morning sunrise. There is just something about a stunning morning sunrise that just puts you in real awe of the moment. Tomorrow morning, I urge you to wake up early in time to watch the beautiful morning sunrise and in that moment remember how you feel.

The mind is like a loose cannon, if you don’t control its direction, goodness knows where you’ll end up. A lot of change and unsettlement can unrest the mind and may not feel really good. The first step is being aware that your current thinking isn’t serving you well and then you must take steps to put it back on track. Whatever that is for you. I have a few personal strategies in place that work for me when my mind runs away with crazy stupid thoughts that I know I don’t benefit from. Motivational anything does it for me, I have figured out that if I am around motivational people, motivational words, I watch or read anything motivational it inspires me to take control of my thinking so that it serves me best. So I will end this short blog post today with some motivational words for you today, here goes:
YOU GOTTA…
You gotta help yourself, you gotta believe that you can change for the better, you gotta feel it in your heart and have deep faith that better days are on their way to an even better YOU. You gotta start with any type of negative thinking that doesn’t serve you well, you gotta replace that thinking with more positive thoughts, more positive intentions and you’ve gotta do whatever you need to do to change it up for yourself, to make it better, to turn each dull moment into a brighter sunny day. You don’t need to wait for the sun to come out, it’s already there, shining inside of you. Believe me, if you master your thoughts, you’re half way there to entering the door of your dreams.
And remember, you don’t always need to look outside for the sun.

It’s been a little bit quiet from me on this Clarabelle Blog, I do apologise, there’s lots happening behind the scenes but I must remember to never forget you, my lovely blog visitors.

Illuminate
Whatever the weather outside, please know that there is always sun shining in your heart, creating warmth and pure energy wherever you go. Feel your inner glow right now, believe that there is no special secret to a fulfilling life, you have all the answers you need, at this very moment. You don’t need fixing, you just need to illuminate the strength from within your soul, it is this strength that touches others in a moving and inspirational way because we are all connected and your happiness is my happiness too. Sunshine in her Heart
She talks with sunshine, in her heart,
Love flows freely, a connected part.
In the darkest of days, she sees the star,
Bringing it closer, from travels afar.
Imagination sparkles, in every thought,
Happiness in the moment, that cannot be bought.
She is special, she holds cares in the clouds,
Enlightened moments, from amongst the crowds.
Where does this come from? How did it grow?
What does she feed it, for true love to flow?
There is no secret, or special mix,
The solution is insider her, and there’s nothing to fix.

I awakened very early yesterday morning, just before 5am and I seemed to be in creative thinking mode. I grabbed a pen and piece of paper and wrote 3 poems, one after the other, I love it when that happens. Here is the first one, inspired from being in the magic of ‘creative flow’. Waiting for the sun to come up,
Darkness fades, as I fill my cup.
I contemplate, the day ahead,
Dreams, hope, love, fulfills my head.
Tick tock, tick tock – my morning call,
Balanced beauty in this moment, no rise or fall.
Presence is here, spirit is drive,
Passion awakes me, energy I thrive.
The air is tranquil, my mind is free,
Watch out world, I’m coming to get thee.

I wanted to make up a poem for my friend who has recently celebrated her 60th birthday. She absolutely loves the colour yellow and every time I visit her house it is surrounded by the beautiful brightness of this sunshine colour. I live in Scotland and for the past week or so we have been getting alot of very beautiful sunshine, which is truly wonderful. I feel there are many benefits of catching a few rays and I wrote this next poem whilst having a few quiet moments basking in the sunshine in my back garden. The Quiet Sunlight
I soak up its energy, feel the heat on my face
A guiding light, the sun source at my place
Its impact is powerful, the strongest light
Brighter that the stars and the cool moonlight
It’s feeding my body, sharing its wealth
Good for my wellbeing and ultimate health
The quiet sunlight, drenches me with life
Takes away all worries, of trouble and strife
It creates a sentiment, of serenity so pure
I’m filling up with its richness, I no longer feel poor
To capture a moment, of time with the sun
Is special and heartfelt, makes me feel number one

The sun has come out from behind the clouds and I am smiling. It inspires images of fun summer holidays and bubblegum dreams. Even if the sun is not shining where you are today, believe that it is glowing within your heart. This next poem is all about that.
Sweet sweet sunshine, oh how I love thee
Vitamins for the mind, you ignite energy in me
Fresh air thinking, soft breeze through the trees
Warm glow inside, my heart, you do please
Sand between my toes, surfers on the beach
Children making sandcastles, fruity like a peach
Lost in the laughter, carried out to sea
The yachts on the ocean, are mesmerising me
Kites flying high, imagination free
