A little Christmas festive poem to you from me. May Christmas spirit rejoice in your heart forever.
Mr and Mrs Snowman
There was a competition,
Whose snowman was the best.
All the villagers took part,
This was a frosty test.
Snowmen of different sizes,
Displayed a smiley face.
They stood there icy proud,
In this marshmallow place.
But one thing that stood out,
Oh so very clear.
Was all of the snowmen,
Were alone this Christmas Year.
How can you build a snowman,
All alone in this town.
That’s not very fair,
His heart will have a frown.
No snowman should be lonely,
At this Christmas time.
They should be with another,
Sharing mistletoe and wine.
Then in the corner,
A house on a quiet spot.
Had two snowmen standing,
Beside a tiny tot.
Why do you have two,
Snowmen standing tall?
One is a lady she said,
Both going to the snowman ball.
Oh little one,
How beautiful that is.
Mr and Mrs Snowman,
Can share a Christmas kiss.
See them holding hands,
She whispers in the air
Mr and Mrs Snowman,
Now have each other to care.
The people they all smiled,
For indeed their hearts did melt.
This little bundle of joy,
Revealed feelings they never felt.
You are the winner,
A snowman trophy goes to you.
You ignited Christmas spirit,
Removing lonely by building two.
Thank you she said,
This is a happy day.
Now we’re all happy together,
Like one big family.
Mr and Mrs Snowman,
Were built to live together.
May the story of who made them,
Live in your heart forever.
