Sometimes you have to be brave and stand up to your negative self-talk – don’t believe everything you think!

I challenge all my thoughts and doubts that are not serving me well – doubt your doubts!

My focus aims to be on positivity most of the time – yes, self-sabotage may creep in every now and again, but that’s okay, because that’s just life and I don’t beat myself up about it.

Many years ago, I attended with a great team of work colleagues, a 12-week “Lean Manufacturing” Course, run by Scottish Enterprise in Glasgow, where I learned about the Pareto 80/20 principle.  I often apply that principle to what’s going on in my life today, and where my focus is at – I find it very useful. Apply Pareto 80/20 to your thinking and doing to achieve efficient results.

This principle also applied to my greeting card business – 80% of my card sales came from 20% of my products – those wonderful best sellers!

Learn to love yourself for who you are and what you bring to the table.

Don’t shy away from the true you and aim to trust yourself more.

I believe in you, because I believe in me. I have no special powers, just a full commitment to being me and improving all areas in my life.
