Giving up can mean many things to many people, but this I know….if you give up on your dreams, you’re guaranteed to never get there.
So, as I sporadically fleet in and out of “giving up” thinking, wholeheartedly, I know I never will.
You see, my mind is built to win, even when the chips are down, I eradicate self-sabotage thinking and change gear. Give me a challenge, any challenge that I am committed to breaking through and I will persevere until I achieve.
Life is life and barriers come and go, but my mind, you can’t break that, I hold that power and because of this my dreams are always obtainable.
Today, this very day, Friday, 27 June 2025, I wrote in my daily journal –
I AM COMMITTED TO SELF-EXPANSION
and I truly loved the unstoppable feeling those words gave me.

It’s the BEST part of YOU manifesting your purest beauty into what we know as “reality”.
When I created my “Card Candy” logo, I wanted it to reflect me, my bubbly personality and energetic radiance. I made it so bright, cheerful, colourful, vibrant and memorable.
Your own journey must reflect the miracle that is you. You are perfect, just the way you are.

I expanded into the digital ecard world about 9 months ago. I’m a true creator and enjoyed the process of combining my poetics words with moving pictures. The great thing is, with ecards, it’s much easier to expand into global markets.
I am delighted to say that my ecards started to sell, fairly quickly, on my Etsy store, mainly to buyers from the USA and I am beyond grateful.
I guess, the more I create, the better the digital ecards will get and hopefully bring more love, joy and human connection amongst others.
It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes. Online presence focus moved to physical presence here in central London and the results of that work are starting to show.
After selling my encouragement greetings cards online as an ambitious “side hustle” since 2014, I have now successfully secured entry into my first retail shop in Mayfair, London.

As you move through life in the pursuit of your dreams and goals, remember to have fun along the way. Focussing on too many problems can heavily weigh you down and creates a low energy vibe.
In the great poem “THINKING” by Walter D Wintle, he poetically expresses, “You’ve got to think HIGH to RISE” – I love this line so much.
Where there is a problem, there is almost certainly a solution, and that’s a better home for your thoughts.
Don’t forget to bring in your fun side once in a while – it’s all too important.
Don’t be labelled the “boring” one, because I just know you love to sing, dance and enjoy being happy.
Happy is a HIGH vibration and guess what that brings…..YES, more happiness.

Your journey of hope is much more closer than you think.
It’s okay if you get it wrong – I get things wrong a lot, but it has never stopped me trying again and again and again.
I want you to see, ‘getting it wrong’, as one step closer to ‘getting it right’.
Making a small shift in your perspective, can help you drive more easily through those strong headwinds.
I’ve never been the type of person to ‘hold back’ because things weren’t perfect – I just ‘go for it’ and fine tune along the way.
You’ll never be ‘ready’ for the greatest success in your life, you will, more than likely, need to take thousands of baby steps to get there, and then one fine day, one of those baby steps will ‘hit the jackpot’.
To get where you want to go, focus on progression – this will motivate you to keep going.
Stay strong and believe in your power.
If you don’t give up – you’ll definitely get there.
It’s okay if your life is not “picture perfect” – I don’t think anyone’s is anyway.
I’ve always said “perfection is in the imperfections”, it makes life so much more interesting, real and true.
There’s a lot of pressure at the turn of a New Year, to write down new goals, set a new plan and make great things happen! Now, Missy Motivator here is always up for a challenge towards a better life, but all I would say is, don’t rush the process – let it flow out of you gently and much more meaningfully.
Stay aligned with your core values and truthful to your authentic self.
Create more space and light in your life – this is where the real magic happens.
So, as you turn the page of each new day, be mindful of where your focus is at – a messy mind equals a messy life, so keep it all nice and tidy upstairs.
