Giving up can mean many things to many people, but this I know….if you give up on your dreams, you’re guaranteed to never get there.
So, as I sporadically fleet in and out of “giving up” thinking, wholeheartedly, I know I never will.
You see, my mind is built to win, even when the chips are down, I eradicate self-sabotage thinking and change gear. Give me a challenge, any challenge that I am committed to breaking through and I will persevere until I achieve.
Life is life and barriers come and go, but my mind, you can’t break that, I hold that power and because of this my dreams are always obtainable.
Today, this very day, Friday, 27 June 2025, I wrote in my daily journal –
I AM COMMITTED TO SELF-EXPANSION
and I truly loved the unstoppable feeling those words gave me.
Focus on your own SELF-EXPANSION and you’ll win everyday – internally first and then externally.
My lovely Mum has recently turned 82 years, and I must say, she is as fit as a fiddle and mentally very strong. Such a blessing, I know.
I found it very sad though, when she told me, the little Village where she lives, stopped putting up an outdoor Christmas tree and festive street lights, a few years back. Unfortunately, spending by the local Council has to be reduced, which I do completely understand, and these little extra special niceties are let go first.
I know my Mum used to love looking out her window and see her little Village in full festive flair – I guess, it really brightened her day.
I had no idea, how special it meant to my Mum and I am sure, other Village residents. I can tell my Mum misses that little piece of Carfin Christmas magic!
Don’t get me wrong, my Mum does have her own Christmas tree to sparkle and enjoy in her own living room. But….I don’t want the story to end there….
I will make it my mission, to one day, self-fund an annual Christmas tree and lights for Carfin Village to enjoy again and again and again!
And if the Council does not allow it, that’s okay, my Mum’s front garden, will be its new home, for all to see and celebrate around.
Maybe I’ve watched too many Hallmark movies haha….but this just feels good and right to me.
It’s a little mission filled with a lot of love.
Christmas love is the greatest gift you can share.
Watch this space….I’ll keep you posted.
Stay special and continue to spread kindness to others.
I’m all for giving anything and everything a go. I have a high level of entrepreneurial spirit, mixed with self-belief and it’s a winning combination to get anywhere in life.
I however, have enough life experience and insightfulness to know when I need a project strategy review.
I’ve been six months into a new project and I’m first to admit when progress is slow – too slow for my liking.
So, I did a full review of what’s working, what’s not and what new adaptations I need to make. It takes honest and brutal self-criticism, but I’m okay with that because it’s my dreams I’m going for, not someone else’s.
When I share my slow progress with my family, they basically tell me to “throw in the towel“. I know they are just trying to protect me and it comes from love – but that’s never an option for me.
You see, I’m not a quitter, never have been, never will be, especially when it comes to achieving my own dreams and goals in life.
I’ve run four marathons and that takes pure guts and determination – I’ll never quit the good path.
I am delighted to share that a few weeks ago I started to apply the new strategy and it’s all going my way. Hard to believe at times, but it just goes to show, anything is possible, if you make a strong commitment to “making it happen“.
If things aren’t going your way right now, take a break, re-evaluate and step up your game – there’s no better way!
Remember, and this is an important one – stay on the path that feels right for you – not what anyone else wants you to do.
You will gain real inner power and self-confidence when you stand up for your dreams.
I believe in YOU – I really do!
Don’t stop – make a temporary pause and come back stronger than ever.
There’s nothing wrong with getting it wrong. We are not perfect human beings – the perfection is in our imperfections. Sometimes we make good decisions, sometimes we don’t, but what is important, is that you make a decision. Sitting in “limbo land”, not going anywhere, might actually be worse for you.
Is there a difficult decision you’re avoiding? Holding onto that worry, just won’t serve you well.
You want to move through life with as much ease and grace as possible. Be thankful you get to experience the opportunities that are out there.
Life will never move in one straight horizontal line, it’s more like a wave – sometimes you’re surfing through gigantic waves and sometimes you’re sailing on calm waters.
Sailing on Calm Waters
In order to have the “wind at your back”, you must make decisions that feel right for you. You must make choices that align with your core values and move you towards you – the true you.
Being true to yourself, may never always be easy, but in the long run, it will give you peace of heart and inner happiness.
Trust yourself to do the right thing…..always.
If you don’t trust yourself, think about why that is. Build up self-trust bit by bit, by standing by your values and actually doing what you say you will do.
Make a commitment to yourself to honour you and act upon it daily.
If you faulter – that’s okay, forgive yourself quickly and just get back on it and start again.
You will always get another chance to trust yourself. Allow it.
Positive Thinking
Some days we glide through life with not a care in the world, and other days, we’re doubting every thought. Self-sabotage just won’t help you move forward, and when you’re in that negative thinking mode – you must do something positive to break the circuit. Know in advance what that positive action will be, so you can apply it immediately.
It could be something simple like… phoning a friend, taking a shower, going for a walk, reading a book, writing poetry, listening to your favourite music, saying positive affirmations, going to your cherished coffee spot, putting on a “feel good” movie, writing down a list of ten things you are grateful for, taking the dog a walk, going for a drive in your car, planning a nice trip to look forward to, meditating, trying out a new hobby……
This Beautiful World
There are so many things you can do to “change up” your mood and put you in a better state mentally, emotionally and physically.
Remember, this beautiful world has only one of wonderful you and your uniqueness adds to its bright specialness.
Aim to be the best that you can be – for you first – and then everyone around you will benefit abundantly from your growth.
You have to believe in something that’s going to give you that extra edge.
Not everyone has strong self-belief, so therefore, in those cases, you have to look into taking smaller steps that will help you get there.
What does this mean?
If I use myself as an example, I have built strong self-belief in myself over the years, but I wasn’t always like that.
In the past, what held me back, was ultimately ME, because, at the time, I cared too much about what other people thought of me…..
My peers: I would do what I had to do to “fit it” – going against the real me – it was horrible, but I just didn’t have the fight in me to “go against the grain”.
My environment: I would let my surroundings dictate my decisions – a bit like “dumbing myself down” and “following the crowd”.
My confidence: I would avoid arguments, debates, negativity and speaking up for myself, because I just didn’t want the hassle – this in turn, led to my confidence being lowered and I didn’t even realise it.
My critics: I had this thing about “being judged” and it made me feel uncomfortable inside. I took criticism from others quite hard and would do everything I could to avoid it.
My choices: I never felt I had a strong hold on my choices, usually, I just “went with the flow” and did “whatever”.
My mindset: I worried about the most silliest of things, not wanting to upset others and my self-talk wasn’t good at all.
My family: I was strongly influenced by what they wanted for me and I just followed suit, without much thinking of what I wanted from my end.
Today, I am very proud to say that I am NOT that person at all. I am the complete opposite. I guess this comes from living life, trying out new things, never giving up, eventually not caring too much about what others think and standing up for myself if needed.
I think at age 21, I started to make stronger choices for me. I began going against what others would tell me to do – mainly my parents. I remember saying to them, it’s my life – I’ll do what I want to do. So I did, and I was happier. One strong choice, then led to another and another – do you see where this is going?
I also progressed in jobs quite quickly, because my bosses believed in me. They saw fire, drive and ambition in me, that I didn’t even know was there – until they pointed it out. Their support helped me to grow mentally and physically. They had my back and I felt it. Take note, when others believe in you, it totally helps you to believe more in yourself.
There was no stopping me really from the age of 26 – every brave move I made, the more I felt ALIVE – the more I lived ME. The more I let go of what others thought of me.
I stand here today, age 51 years, strong, self-confident, brave, courageous, determined, high-spirited, a positive mindset and with a crazy amount of self-belief – I always do me.
To the point now, it might come across as selfish to others, but that’s definitely not my intention. My heart is always in the right place.
If I do me, I can help others more in the right way – the aligned path.
This is why you must follow your own dreams and goals – it gives you access to help others you were meant to help.
My internal set point is encouraging, happy, positive, dreamer, doer, believer, courageous, kind, full of love, harmonious, fun, adventurous and ambitious, with a strong helping hand.
To help others is a gift.
To help others on your aligned path is a true miracle.
Clarabelle, Walking in the Highlands of Scotland, Year 2016
I can’t be anyone but me and that’s the kinda life I want to live.
I wake up every morning and only want to be me, never anyone else.
I am the type of person who never idolizes anyone, no matter how successful and famous they are.
I am not intimated by highly successful people, or people in powerful leadership roles – I just see them as people with everyday problems like ourselves.
I applaud people who have achieved great success in life – but I truly admire the qualities within them that got them there. Such qualities like resilience, determination, passion, purpose, inner strength, self-belief, laser focus, growth mindset, knowledge-seeker, openness to learning and standing by their dreams.
It may takes many years of “behind the scenes” dedication to achieve greatness.
Therefore, step by step, inch by inch, moment by moment, is how you make it.
Success in life is about strengthening the building blocks of courage, bravery, risk-taking and going left, when everyone else is saying, go right.

I’ve taken so many high risks in life and most of them haven’t paid off, but that doesn’t mean I should give up.
It actually makes me more determined to “keep going“. I think I must love a challenge – because I know to the everyday person observing, it seems unbelievably crazy!
Crazy until you make it, that is!
I know I have dreamlike self-belief but not just in me, I believe in every human being I come across. If I could bottle up my courage and give it to anyone who needs it, I would.
I seem to be always fighting against the ‘normal’ life – some days it wins but thankfully, most days it doesn’t.
I am the forever dreamer, imagining the impossible and believing it will happen – it’s a solid thought in my mind.
Imagination is my super power and will always uplift me, above and beyond.
I honestly believe, this type of thinking, feeling and doing will get me everywhere. It’s quite magnetic to a lot of people, who most certainly have this quality, but haven’t set it free yet.

Give yourself permission to unleash your true self-power into this world. Do it today and then everyday.
You are STRONG and POWERFUL but more importantly, you are YOU and that’s a wonderful place to be.
I have decided, I am going to write another book about igniting your self-power…..this one’s for you!
There’s no place I’d rather be than here with you. 🦋
I love writing for you on this Clarabelle blog. I am definitely aligned to my “being” in this writer’s mode.
It feels like “bliss” basking in the fresh morning sunlight, fueling my soul with bright energy and love.
As I write in this moment, I can hear the birds chirping from outside, naturally joyous and free. What a beautiful sound, which, for some reason, seems truly magnified today. I must be aligned to their tune, to hear it with such clarity and momentum.
To be “anything” in this world, you have to do that “thing“. If you want to be a writer, you must write, and not be afraid of what others think – for the courageous soul lives and breathes in your doing.
If you want to be a singer, you must sing, just like the birds chirping away to their happy song.
If you want to be a songwriter, you must write songs and allow that beautiful creativity to dance with your heart.
If you want to be a marathoner, you must run. It takes daily effort and real commitment to do this, but you can do it.
You see, I wanted to be all of these things at certain points in my life and I achieved them by “doing” everyday.
Focus on your wants and needs and take the first step to achieving them.
You will have to be brave and sometimes go against the grain, but, it’s your life to live and nobody else’s.
Who cares if others judge what you’re doing. What matters, is that you’re aligned to your highest self and heartfelt goodness.
I know there are people in my life, who love me very much, and want me to do “other things“. Maybe something that relates more to my 5 years of University studies. No, this is MY LIFE, my choices, my happiness and my dreams. THIS IS ME!
Just because you love someone, it doesn’t give them permission to decide for you – read that one again!
So with the greatest love and respect….You do you and I’ll do me.
What do you truly want for you in your life?
Find a way, and as you move forward on your chosen path, you’ll gain so much more self-confidence and self-respect in doing so.
Make a promise to yourself, to honour your hopes and dreams.
I love these words of wisdom, they keep my mind in check, when things don’t seem to be going my way.
It’s a reminder to us all that we do not have a crystal ball and we must believe our aligned path will bring us to the most treasured pleasures.
This is where true faith and purpose always wins the day.
When that deepest part of your heart is locked in to forever goodness – no negative barriers can stand in your way. So much so, they don’t even exist.
Where progress is slow, but your faith in the mystery of the unknown, holds true for you – it’s just a matter of time before you breakthrough.
Your inner strength, is like a ray of bright sunlight bursting through dark cloudy skies.
There is no thunder without lightning. Your positive magnetic energy, is like that spectacular lighting bolt, slicing through those deafening roars and igniting your electrifying dreams.
You don’t often succeed in life by chance.
Strong faith does not need luck.
Hope has no healthy heartbeat.
Purpose blended with passion, is a dynamic duo.
Knowing, is beyond believing.
Open yourself up to the blank space before you and feel your way into your desired future.
Keep the faith.
Here’s a short Youtube video, I created many years ago – just for you…
What if even in your weakest moments, you are someone else’s power, role model and heart of hope?
You see, that’s the kind of unseen power you have. To empower and guide others because they look up to you in some meaningful way.
By knowing that you help more people than you realise, in turn, gives you more self-power.
You can never be weak if you help others, for as they seek strength in you, you gain strength in their growth – it’s a magical two-way cycle.
I met a beautiful human being today, at a moment when I was questionning my own circumstances and she, unknowingly, gave me strength because of her kind ways and happy spirit.
Even the coach needs a coach.
The mentor needs a mentor.
The leader needs a leader.
The teacher needs a teacher.
And the person at the very top of the tree, pulls strength and resilience from their chosen team. No one wins alone – do you hear me?
You’ll never get anywhere in this world alone – that’s a selfish move – and you will always retreat back to “better together” because it really is.
In unity we thrive – read that one again!
Happiness therefore is enjoyed more abundantly, when we are together, giving out love.
A world in complete union, is possible. One smile, one heart, one love.
Fighting creates separation and moves the world backwards. If we are to grow and evolve on this earth, we need to join hands and with a common ground focus.
What are these commonalities:
Love
Joy
Peace
Happiness
Health
Growth
Abundance
Unity
So how do we achieve that, when we are surrounded by wars, hate and selfish leadership ego?
We have to lead with pure love from the bottom up, not the top down.
Love will ALWAYS overpower hate – there is no stronger force.
If the “many” live their lives in love, no matter the external circumstances, the world will begin to change for the better and not before.
I’m not telling you to ignore the horrible fighting that’s going on, because sadly, it’s there and it’s real. I am telling you to change yourself from within. To focus on loving, giving, helping, growing and being a better human being – the compound effect of this is such a powerful, life-giving source. In doing so, these wars will eventually melt away and never return.
Fighting and hating is life-taking and we’re not going that way. We are supposed to be evolving in a much more sustainable and beautiful way.
If we don’t change now – one by one, we run the risk of becoming extinct.
You need to BELIEVE that you hold the POWER to change the world for the better – and it starts with love and kindness.
Be mindful of what I said earlier – “In unity we thrive” and therefore, “In division we die – we ALL die“.
I want you to do one loving thing everyday for the next 100 days. When you do this, your life is GOING TO CHANGE in so many wonderful ways.
The GOOD LIFE comes from doing GOOD THINGS – be mindful of that.
May your day today, be filled with love and kindness.
Your future is so AMAZING, this I know for you.

It was a cool summer’s night on Tuesday, 19 May 1992 – I remember it so well. The whole evening, I was laughing, joking and having fun with friends, unaware of the unimaginable terror to come.
Expect the unexpected in life – good or bad…unfortunately for my friends and I, it was really bad.
On the drive home, life took a crazy tumble and unfortunately so did the car we were in. Even to this day, over 30 years on, my mind recalls the accident in slow motion. Every crashing sound, painful moans, hurtful groans and terrified screams, as the car bulleted through the thick wooden barrier, furiously demolishing its way through trees, as it manically rolled down the embankment.
It all happened so fast – like the speed of light – yet my memory of it comes with high sensory detailed accuracy.
In those life-threatening moments, I even had flashing thoughts of my family, sitting at home, unaware of this tragic event I was currently experiencing.
Everything in my life, during that point, was completely ‘out of control‘.
Bang…the car stopped dead…it was like an Angel’s hand had come out of nowhere and protected us.
I was trembling, my body ferociously shaking. We were alone, in the dark and no one knew we were there.
The strong scent of pine trees mixed with the smell of burning rubber and crushed metal was overpowering. In the near distance, I could hear the sound of running water – a river. I thought to myself, “if we have one more roll down, we’re in it!”
I was in extreme panic, my friend sitting next to me looked dead. She was completely unconscious, with blood trickling down the side of her face. I shouted her name….but nothing.
My other two friends, seated in the back of the car, were heavily disorientated, but thankfully moving.
The highest degree of pain I was feeling in my left leg was so bad, I was convinced I had lost it.
My mind was on maximum “flight mode” alert but my body was agonisingly stuck. My left leg was mangled so badly against the crushed car metal and I felt there was no way out.
“It’s going to explode“, I screamed. “This car is going to explode and I can’t get out”. I shouted aimlessly.
Like a miracle, my other friend in the back of the car, managed to escape and scrambled up the hill to seek help.
This “waiting” time was absolutely excrutiating. I felt I was trapped inside a ticking time bomb. In my extreme panicked mind, I thought the car would either explode with us in it, or it would roll further down into the river and we would drown. I was also sure at this point I had lost my leg and had no idea how the unbearable pain at this point, had not knocked me unconscious.
A tiny bit of movement came from my friend beside me – thank goodness she was alive but still unconscious.
My friend who went for help returned with a gang of people, who with great struggle but sheer determination managed to free my two other friends and carry them to safety, but I was still stuck. By this time my panic mode was off-the-scale – “I’m going to die“, I yelled in terror. “I’m stuck to this car and it’s going to explode“. My mind had gone crazy but these feelings were unbelievably real for me.
Eventually, after much exertion and ‘never give up‘ attitudes of the people helping, I was dragged from the car, howling in absolute agony. I was hurriedly lifted to the top of the road, where I was met with the newly arrived emergency services.
“Have I lost my leg?” I asked the ambulance team. “I think I’ve lost my leg. The pain is so bad. Please help me. Please save my leg“. I cried and begged of them.
I was frightened to look at my leg whilst lying on the side of the road, but I did. It was all twisted and seemed like it was back to front. My foot looked like it was hanging off and my leg was swollen to three times its normal size. The white jeans I was wearing, were now red – fully saturated in blood.
From start to finish, I remember every intricate moment of this horrible event – no other passenger did.
Two of the Policemen attending the accident scene that night, were so concerned about me and they very kindly visited me in hospital a few days later. One of them said, the car wreckage was so badly mangled, they don’t know how anyone got out alive. They explained that the front passenger seat, where I was sitting, was completely caved in. I was just a teenager and it was a miracle to be here!
Thankfully, we all came out of that awful car accident alive and over time recovered well. I had almost six weeks in hospital, with numerous operations on my left leg, which received pins and plates to help it fully mend. I was using crutches for over a year and wore a cast brace on my leg for a further year. I was then further operated on two years after the accident to have the pin in my thigh removed. I broke my femur, fibula and tibia bones on my left leg but I did NOT lose it.
I was pyschologically scarred for many years after the accident and unfortunately therapy didn’t work for me. The only way I overcame those deeply intense fears, was by learning to drive myself. It was five years later and my fourth attempt in, when I eventually passed my driving test. You see, I had to face my fears to overcome them.
Special Note:The ambulance, police, fire brigade and hospital services were totally AMAZING throughout and I truly offer a billion heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of them. And to the people who helped free us from the car wreckage. You will forever hold a special place in my heart. Your strength and courage were second to none that evening. Thank YOU bravehearts.
But lighting never strikes in the same place twice….does it?
Sadly, for me it does and on Tuesday, 29 September 1992, history repeated itself. I was in serious car crash number two….but that story is for another day!
I was 18 years old when the first accident happened. The week before the terrifying event, I was happily planning my future career. Everything was put on hold for two years, but it never stopped me. I forged my way back into the workforce as soon as I could and I never looked back.
And the troubles with my left leg – well that never stopped me either. I went on to run four marathons that I am very proud of achieving.
I am super grateful for my life and for the opportunity to embrace it everyday, full of abundant energy and with a courageous mindset.
I will never allow anything, for any length of time, to hold me back. I will always strive to be better and do better.
I commit to working on improving myself everyday. It doesn’t always go to plan and set backs do come my way, but I believe I am stronger than any challenge and so are YOU.
The beauty of life is to be savoured and enjoyed.
Focus on what is possible.
Believe you can achieve your dreams and desires.
See yourself living in your future desired life, TODAY.
My way, always seems to be the scenic route – many years of ups and downs but many magical moments on the journey.
It’s the magic moments that shape and inspire me – the downs are ‘key’ learning opportunities and you must see it that way – if you want to KEEP GOING!
Stay on your desired path, no matter how hard it gets and the RIGHT people WILL come your way – like a beautiful surprise blessing.
We are all super blessed to experience the beauty of life – treat it as a fun and joyous game that you always WIN.
I’ve been out of Secondary School since 1989 and been out of University since 2008 – I was a post-graduate for 4 years. Since then, I’ve been on my own self-development crusade and paying for my self-education in anyway I can – not always in monetary terms, but most definitely with time resources.
I’ve committed myself to reading hundreds of books, self-taught myself on how to manage various different online seller platforms, such as booking.com, Airbnb, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and built my own websites on wordpress.com from scratch. I didn’t learn any of that stuff at School or University but I was blessed with a neverending determination to improve myself and my circumstances – and thankfully, I did achieve that.
In a former career path, I coached people for many years on how to achieve self-success. I genuinely loved seeing my clients truly thrive and celebrate their desired results.
No matter how late you’ve left it in life, I want you to start learning a new skill that will help create a better future for you! You can do this!
Look, it’s going to take a real commitment from yourself but the benefits for you will be outstanding.
I’m currently heavy into learning about the financial markets and investments because this is an area I am really interested in and I know it can be positively life-changing. It’s hard at first, getting into this financial economic mindset and understanding technical strategies and fundamental impacts on the financial markets, but the more I delve in, the more I’m starting to love it!
Your future self, deserves the very best that life has to offer – so why not give yourself the best chance.
Skill yourself up – the world is changing fast – please don’t be left behind!
I wish for you, the determination to stay ahead of the game and fully succeed in your future endeavours.
Sometimes you have to be brave and stand up to your negative self-talk – don’t believe everything you think!
I challenge all my thoughts and doubts that are not serving me well – doubt your doubts!
My focus aims to be on positivity most of the time – yes, self-sabotage may creep in every now and again, but that’s okay, because that’s just life and I don’t beat myself up about it.
Many years ago, I attended with a great team of work colleagues, a 12-week “Lean Manufacturing” Course, run by Scottish Enterprise in Glasgow, where I learned about the Pareto 80/20 principle. I often apply that principle to what’s going on in my life today, and where my focus is at – I find it very useful. Apply Pareto 80/20 to your thinking and doing to achieve efficient results.
I have a dream to travel the world on a luxury super yacht, sailing the open seas and inviting the ocean sunsets into my heart.
The great thing is…in my magical mind…it’s never JUST a dream…it’s a vision to come true….to forever experience…to truly live and fully immerse in.
Dream It Do It and as cliche as it may sound, that’s my exact plan.
I’m never that girl who only talks the talk! Yes, it might take me a few years to get there, but I will forever walk the talk.
I’ve always loved boats and I’m not even a great swimmer but there’s just something so special about sailing towards the summer sunset – free, easy, bright and breezy!
Catamaran Sunset Cruise in Santorini
Watching whales in their natural environment will be on my sailing adventures list – the thought of being close to the breathtaking beauty and magnitudnal size of a blue whale, fills me with the greatest joy and off-the-scale excitement.
Our sailing journey starts in 2025 where we will be cruising around Spain, France and Italy, on the stunning ship – the famous Sky Princess by Princess Cruises. It’s a top quality oceanliner that will be freeing my heart amongst the waves of life.
These dreams do come at cost, but I’d rather pay thousands of pounds for a magical lifetime experience than a fancy designer handbag anyday – but hey, each to their own and we all love what we love!
The world is a travellers extravaganza and its hidden gems are waiting to be explored. Please check out The Rife Guide my favourite modern nomad travel blog.
A lot of us are living and working in square boxes most of our lives, but I genuinely don’t think that’s where we’re supposed to be. Our life of this time should not be couped up any longer than it needs to be. The wonders of the natural world on land, sky and sea want to greet our soul with a smile and a sparkle. Please don’t be tempted to stay in your cave for too long, the miracles you seek are often just a decision away.
I dare you to plan that dream trip, go to that new place you’ve had your eye on, shake mother-nature’s hand and simmer under the sunset like there’s no tomorrow – for I know this adventure will live in your heart forever.
Explore your passionate desires through wondrous worldly travel.
Everybody has got to start somewhere and no matter when you start, it’s important that you do.
Non-stop thinking about starting is not progressing you forward. It’s time to act upon those inspired ideas and desires and make things happen for you.
Inspiration is everywhere and an inspired heart once acted on opens the gateway to your dreams.
What do you want to start today?
What first step can you take today to move you forward?
What does achieving your dreams and goals look like?
It’s all up to YOU and I know you’re going to do something about it today.
Believing before seeing does work and I am living proof of that, but I know it is not easy to practice this.
In order to achieve this, you’ve got to focus on the ‘feeling’ of having achieved that thing you want.
I especially have been more aligned to this set up in the last few weeks and I am starting to notice some miracle outcomes.
I produced a greetings card many years ago, based on this concept. It’s entitled, “Feel Happy”.
Remember, focus on the ‘feeling’ with ease and happiness and let go of any negative thoughts that creep in.
You are here to live your best life and that’s where your focus should be.
My favourite person to learn from on this subject is Esther Hicks – I listen to her teachings daily and it helps to keep my ‘believing’ mindset strong.
There are many paths to greatness that will work for you and it’s important you do what works best for you.
Great things are coming for you and I know that because you are here and we are aligned.
Seek the beauty in each day – it’s all there for you.
I believe your ‘Heart Power’ is stronger than any mind power because ‘Heart Power’ is that undeniable, unbreakable chain of love, bonded with your soul.
The real essence of you, is your ‘Heart Power’ – the mind and body are just ways we use to express this.
‘Heart Power’ – you never need to think about, it’s just naturally there, living and breathing within you.
When you truly let your ‘Heart Power’ grow – there are no limits.
It’s my ‘Heart Power’ that speaks with you today.
May your day be fully connected to your own ‘Heart Power’.
If only you could see the greatness that lies ahead for you.
Hold a future vision of living a fulfilling life with passion and purpose.
Believe that every step you take, leads you to your dreams.
As you progress through your life today, make each step count. All you have to do is focus on each single step and in no time a brighter horizon will form.
Don’t dwell on the grey skies, for then it will surely rain. Seek the blue above and let the energy of the sun uplift you.
Think of one thing you can do today to turn your grey skies blue.
Be your own light of hope.
No one can save you but YOU – please read that one again.
Life can knock you down a thousand times, and it probably will. But the most important thing is for you to never accept that failure is forever.
Failure is not a word that I like to ever use, because I choose not to believe in it. I much prefer to put a positive spin on things not going your way.
Where you tried, celebrate your efforts for giving it a go. I am sure there are many valuable lessons that you took away from the experience. You might have gained a better perspective on life or achieved clarity.
If you went for it and then decided it wasn’t for you – I salute you!
If you really want to change your current status, you have to channel all your energies into making that happen.
You have to go ALL IN , in order to get ALL OUT, of any unwanted situation.
It seriously is up to you and you’ve got to have real clarity on what you’re going to do everyday, in order to make that positive change.
Do the work and stay totally focussed on the goal in hand. It may also help to have an emotional trigger that will keep you on track.
Work, work, work on your plan, as much as you can, and in time, your efforts WILL pay off.
If it means, getting up at 4am every morning to fit the work in, then do it.
Your energy is so mighty and powerful, it can help you achieve so much more than you think.
Are you ready? If you are, you will feel a different person from within. You will switch into ‘gladiator’ mode and nothing will stop you until you get there.
Deliver everyday on becoming the best version of yourself.
Deliver by honouring your core values and serving your inner purpose.
Trust yourself to deliver on the things that matter to you and forge forward in the pursuit of your dreams.
Success is an accumulation of ‘doings’ aligned with your goals, that in time, manifests into your desired outcome.
Take charge of your thinking and channel your energies into a focussed and habitual manner that serves you well.
You won’t achieve what you want by delivering on this once or twice a week. Your success will be determined by the work you put in everyday and that is an absolute fact.
If you want to get real results, act accordingly and know the fruits of your labour will appear in good time.
Your goal on this journey of life is whatever you want it to be and I guarantee you that you’ll get there so much faster if you focus your mind on mastering thyself.
The greatest version of you is waiting to be unleashed and only you my friend have the key.
Keep on keeping on and flourish in your own magnificence.
