In the purest sunlight, the heart shines on like a beacon of love, dancing in the deepest cave of hope.

It is in this magnetic power a new mind is born and faraway horizons seem so close you can touch them.

Maybe all of the things in life, that don’t seem to make sense, were never to be thought about in that way.

What if, you were supposed to stay so present in each moment that thoughts of fear and doubt never ever manifested.

True thought can steer your mind in different directions – and the body, if in conflict or alignment with that thinking, will honour its preferred state of being.

Is your mind leading the way or is it your body? I think neither! I believe the magical field that surrounds your being always empowers the best out of you. It’s time to let this heavenly power communicate with your senses and create miracles through you.

You have everything you need, right here, right now to go far beyond what you think you are capable of achieving.

The sun’s energy cannot exist without you, that’s how important you are to this world.

I have been blogging on and off for a number of years now. I absolutely love writing, especially creative writing that has a poetic and uplifting feel about it.

The only thing that keeps me going and writing in this blog for so long, is that I continue to write about things, I really love writing about. That, for me, is one of the keys to becoming a successfull blogger.

The word “success” can mean many things to bloggers but for me it means, loving the whole creative process of the blogging journey and engaging with the blogging community that are so encouraging and supportive.

So if you’re thinking of starting a blog, please don’t think, just start NOW. Don’t think about, what shall I write about to get followers and what will the people out there want from me? I want you to know that I feel you and I truly understand the deepest hurt losing a loved one can bring.

WHEN YOU LOSE A LIFE

When you lose a life,
you loved so much,
absence of hugs,
missing their touch.

You grieve their heart,
you once embodied before,
many sleepless nights,
craving them more.

An invisible pain,
that never goes away,
so lost without them,
a hate for each day.

No one shares,
the hurt in you,
life feels numb,
purposeless too.

But know their presence,
lives in your soul,
a bond so strong,
making you whole.

Believe they stand,
right by your side,
giving you energy,
watching with pride.

They are your candle,

Well, when our focus is out of alignment and our core values are not being honoured on a daily basis, our energy takes a different path or indeed a different form.

Think about what “doings” give you the greatest life energy and direct your focus more into that.

I was so excited this morning to write to you in this blog and that’s a very good example of where my energy needs to be.

A Colourful Life

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about wearing some brighter, sunnier colours – I feel it’s time to get out of the black and into those cool shades of blue, pretty pinks, sunshine yellows and energy giving oranges. This thought inspired the colourful poem below, enjoy it!!

Magical Colours

Magical colours,
Pretty tonight.
Sparkly and glittery,
Pink, yellow and white.
A vibrant soul,
A youthful touch.
Purple and reds,
Have energy, so much.
The orange of life,
With apple green hints.
Super delicious,
Refreshing as mints.
So choose a colour,
Reflect your happiness.
Wear it with a smile.
And in the way that you dress.

What’s your favourite colour to wear, what colour, when wearing it, makes you feel so good?

I have a strong pull at the moment, towards wearing the colour yellow and also bright red…..I’m looking forward to brightening up the room when I walk in wearing it. (Smile) 🙂

I had indeed a very very beautiful 2. 5 hour walk yesterday in amongst the snowy mountains of the Cairngorms, it was absolutely beautiful and to top it all off I spotted a stunning little doe deer, it was such a lovely surprise. I took a 1 minute video almost 2 hours into my journey. Look at how stunning Bonny Scotland is.
