I live near a beautiful park and sometimes take it upon myself to just go for a walk and enjoy the beauty of the outside world. It provides me with such a wonderful inner calmness, where I just enjoy being with me and my emotions. I often allow myself to get swept away in a dreamy new world of vivid imagination and heartfelt moments. I encourage you to go for a walk and embrace all of this and more. Have a beautiful day, this next poem is for you.
Breathe in Life
To take a tranquil walk, in the park
Creates peace inside, for this journey I embark
To smell the flowers, of summer in bloom
Is a wonderous feeling, I’ll be there soon
As mother nature, raises her hat
It awakens my senses, as I think of that
Step by step, I’m lost in transition
Visions of hope and abundant ambition
Free your soul, to the wind and air
Breathe in life, put yourself first and care
