It is so important to start your day with a healthy breakfast, full of nutrition. That’s why I start most of my mornings with a delicious bowl of porridge and prunes – it gives my body the kickstart and energy it needs to go for my goals!! What is your favourite healthy breakfast? They say you are what you eat, although I’m not sure I want to look like porridge and prunes though. 🙂 Wishing you a wonderful day, a fabulous tomorrow and a lifetime full of healthy breakfasts – this next poem is all about that. Porridge, porridge, simmering in the pot
Add in some prunes, such a nutritious lot
Start your day, with healthy food
To energise your body and make you feel good
Full of fibre and protein too
Your tummy will say yummy, ‘let’s have you’
Treat your body well, reach for the moon
Go on, have some porridge and add a delicious prune

Muesli, low fat milk, chia seeds, blueberries and/or strawberries is my favourite.
