How to be a Happier Person

I was getting some refreshing inspiration from my Gratitude ebook – yes I do read my own books (smile)!!  Here is a quote by me, from the book, it really is so true for me:

“The practice of daily gratitude has greatly improved my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing and I am a much happier person inside and out.”

And here’s what I would like to add to the above quote, today.

“Gratitude brings me inner peace, a sense of inner calmness, gratitude gives me an inner confidence that I am on the right path. When I am thinking grateful thoughts, I feel so rich, abundant and so blessed,  because I am……..And that my friend, is the beautiful deep power of Gratitude.”
