Take A Break
Take could care,
of the person that’s you,
you’ll then shine like a star,
in whatever you do.
Rest when you need it,
just take a break,
recharge the batteries,
before you awake.
Life can be exciting,
but over-stretching too,
your passion will not fade,
it lives inside of you.
Create the space,
the mind deserves,
relax the body,
to build up reserves.
Take a deep breath,
detox the soul,
this self caring change,
will make you feel whole.
