Where is Your Focus?
You may have many concerns at the moment, concerns that are weighing you down and getting in the way of you moving forward with your life. I want you to think about where your focus is at. Think about this – are you focussing on what you can influence in your life or are you focussing on what is out of your control? If you are focussing on the latter, I want you to change that thinking to thinking about what you can influence right now in your life? Go on, take a pen and a piece of paper and jot it down, write down all the things in your life right now that you can influence and then choose one or two to action today.
I know you will feel so much better when you drop the concerns you can’t do anything about and start to focus and put your energy into the things you can influence.
What are you concerned about? What out of those concerns can you influence and then leave the rest for someone else to worry about, as long as it’s not you.
