I was having a chat with my friend Tom from Canada last year and he recommended to me this great book called Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath, New York Times Bestselling Author. I found this book truly amazing because it helps you to identify your top 5 strengths and then provides you with a follow-up report on how to take action towards maximising these talents. I often go through this with my clients when coaching them towards their goals. My top 5 strengths are: Futuristic, Maximiser, Positivity, Woo and Strategic and I can honestly say I get to utilise these strengths on this blog. If you are interested in finding out more then I would recommend you buy the book – and no I am definitely NOT on commission here, just thought it was a worthwhile book to share with you. This next poem is all about maximising your potential – make you better today!!
Know Your Strengths
The genius is inside of you
Know your strengths, this is your cue
With passion and purpose, strive for the best
Experience life, put yourself to the test
Nourish the seeds, the mind is so strong
Maximise your potential, this is where you belong

Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your wonderful comments. Woo means in my world there are no strangers, only friends I haven’t met yet – lots of them, and I am very excited to meet them. Woo means I enjoy the challenge of meeting new people and making a connection with them. I think the word ‘woo’ is funny, I like it 🙂
