Practice on Purpose

I was talking to one of my clients only last week about deliberate practice towards a desired goal that is in alignment with your core values. Today I came across this YouTube video by Dr Bill Crawford, I really love his work and what he stands for, I learn so much from him. Watch the video below, it really does make a lot of sense.

That is sooooooo true. We ARE always PRACTISING some element of something at every point.

Hello clarabelle great i enjoyed listening to it ive put lots new pieces up on 4valentines and my other blog myheartsingspoetry and my new blog pompeypoet ive started writing lyrics on my blogs now hope your well keep up the good work
