Some environments are conducive to your health and well being and some run in conflict with it. How do you know, which is which? Well, more often than not you can tell by the way you feel in that place. If you are feeling a warm, calming, nice, happy and natural feeling with peace of mind, you are most definitely in the right environment for you. If however, you are feeling restless, frustrated, mind-trapped in any way, you are, I am guessing, in the wrong place for you. So think about where you are, what you’re doing and most importantly, how you are feeling. If you’re feeling good, then you most definitely are, in a good place.
