It’s Your Life – Go Get It!

If you’re feeling trapped in your life, I want you to think about this.

That “trapped” feeling, may not be coming from external situations, we all look to “fix”. Most likely, it is coming from internal traps such as “bad habits” in the form of negative thinking and poor choices and actions that do not favour us for the longer term.

An example might be, you’re feeling constantly worried or anxious about your future….where will I be in one, three or five years?

The ONLY way, you can start answering that meaningfully for yourself, is from a place of inner peace, calmness and tranquility. You cannot make robust plans for your future on an unstable, low level mindset.

So how do I get to inner peace when there are so many problems coming at me?

You eliminate the bad habits in terms of your “thinking, feeling and doing”, that do not serve you.

You focus on achieving a healthy mind and body.

If your engine is clogged up, you’re getting nowhere fast or good for you!

Cleaning up those “bad habits” are tough, but if you want your future to be AMAZING, you need start with making better choices and decisions today.

There is a saying, that what you do today, shows up in your life three months from now.

Here are some questions to help you get started to achieve a peaceful mind:

  1. What can I do everyday to help me achieve a calm mindset?
  2. What are my dietary habits that do not serve a calm mind and healthy body?
  3. What “better health habits” do I want/need to make in order to achieve tranquility of mind?
  4. How committed am I on changing today for a better tomorrow?

Now let me take those four questions and answer them for myself – to help give you an example:

  1. Eat healthier, be in nature, exercise more, meditate, read self-development books, watch videos on personal development, sleep well, drink more water etc.
  2. Eliminate coffee and caffeine products immediately from my life, eliminate processed sugar and as much processed foods as possible.
  3. Start walking more, doing more daily gentle exercise, drink lots of water, improve my posture whilst sitting or standing, reduce mobile phone time, minimize social media…
  4. 1000% commited. I say this because I want to feel good, everyday. I want to have abundant energy. I want to enjoy and take pleasure in every moment of each day. I want to achieve a calm mind in order to make better plans for my future. I want my future to be AMAZING and that starts with TODAY!

I promise you this. If you start this today, in five days from now, you will begin to feel more balanced, less anxious, your mind will be calmer, your energy will be greater and then you can start thinking more clearly about your future.

Your future is an INSIDE job – it all starts with you.

You are the answer. Only you.
