The Health of your Heart

The health of your heart,
is an important one.
Treat it so special,
relish in some fun.

Know it is precious,
loving and true.
Remember it’s happy,
always for you.

Give it fresh air,
it will blossom in the breeze.
Let its beat fill your body,
it will melt away the freeze.

Trust your intuition
let it flow in the sunshine,
Your healthy heart is so sacred
It’s quite simply sublime.
