Inside of Me

I watched a motivational video today on YouTube (see below), immediately after watching it, I wrote the following quote:

“My motivation
to inspire others
will never die,
because inspiration
lives inside of me.”
[Clarabelle]

Wishing you an inspired day today, much love to you, Clarabelle

Following your passion

When we were kids, we used to enjoy every moment of our life. We were surrounded by ecstatic group, the group we were proud of and used to flaunt about with our family. We had no goal, no tensions, no work pressure apart from school homework and we never considered our life seriously. We weren’t serious about it. Those were halcyon days of our life.

Still we were passionate, energetic and full of motivation.

Where did we get the motivation from? What was the motivational factor? Who injected inspiration in us? What made us smile?

You guessed it right.

Friends!

Friends and friendship was our passion.

Follow Your Passion

We developed and weaved beautiful dreams in our mind like weaving colourful sweaters.

As we grew older and got to know about life and relationships, got to know about priorities and our life got diverted from personal life to the professional life. As priorities changed, our goals changed and it changed the source of motivation.

Guess what?

Our dreams got shattered like ruptured glass and we adopted the scenario which later changed our motivation and passion. When passion and motivation fade, confidence drops and seeds of frustration burst over.

Result is crystal clear. Depression crops up and we ruin our precious life.

Follow your passion midst reaction.

We must never ever end up our passion. Passion makes us. It gives intense happiness which no one can ever provide you. Rebuild your motivational factor and prepare goal. Get inspired from leaders who changed the world. Ignite the passion within you.

Passion within You

If you love singing or dancing, join some institution or organization where you can strengthen and prosper your talent.

Search out what makes you happy. Scratch the factor and do what you love to do.

Discover You

Rebuild your passion and make a way to achieve it. It not only blossoms you but also nurtures the society.

If you would like to check out Aviral’s blog, then please head over to cherrypositive for some more daily inspiration, you’ll be so glad you did.

Thank you Aviral for this wonderful post, Clarabelle.

Out with the old and in with the new!!

Out with the old and in with the new

Love, Care and Attention

“Out with the old and in with the new”, that’s my current mode of thinking at the moment.  I’m mainly referring to the refurbishments I am getting done in my home right now, both inside and outside the house and I feel that is a true mirror reflection of what is going on inside of me also.  Leading up to these home refurbishments I had been strongly visualising for a while what I specifically needed and wanted done i.e. whole house painted in white, new red sofa, new wall paintings,outside garden to be looking great, trees felled, hedges trimmed back, be gone with the old shed….basically a full makeover with lots of love, care and attention given to the tasks at hand.

Inside of Me

I feel that work didn’t properly happen until I worked on the inside of me first and I have been on a major self-improvement plan, really quite seriously since October 2011.  I have been doing lots and lots of things to make me a better me and I can honestly say I am feeling the best I have ever felt since probably 2007.  I sorted myself out, put my health and wellbeing at the forefront, focused on my learning and development and went to work every day on me.  It wasn’t an easy job, some days I had to force and push myself to take action, but I did it….I am doing it and I becoming the person I want to be.  I feel an abundance of positive energy flowing through me, there is sunlight beaming from my heart and soul and it is now penetrating into everything I do.  An abundance of opportunities are unfolding in front of my eyes and my self-belief has soared to the greatest of heights.  My confidence in me and my capabilities is second to none and because I have raised my standards I am getting better results for me.

So why am I sharing this with you?

Well, as I have personally experienced and as we all know, life is not always a bouquet of roses and set backs come our way, we lose faith and hope in ourselves and humanity and we struggle to get out of the gutter.  Our minds are saturated with the pain of negative thoughts and our heart feels abandoned.  If you are reading this part and you can relate to it right now, believe this….positive change for YOU is on its way and I encourage you to take the first baby step towards freeing yourself from the quicksand.  It might be even something simple like making a phone call, speaking to a friend, or like me, expressing your thoughts in poetry.  You will have your own unique way that works for you, but you need to “start with the end in mind”, right now, visualise the positive change you want to see happen for yourself and combine that with deliberate personal action.

Inner Spirit

Yesterday has gone, it’s not coming back, do one thing today that will make a difference to your tomorrow, maybe even your now.  What will that be for you?  Your body, mind, heart and soul is always connected to your inner spirit, dust away the cobwebs, breath in the fresh air and let your inner light guide you on a path that will not only change yourself for the better but will inspire other hearts along the way.

By reading this, you already have the energy of my love igniting your heart……I do hope that’s a nice thought for you and that you will keep the fire burning.

Much love to you today, as always, Clarabelle

A Little Bit of Inspiration…….

I love inspirational and motivational quotes, they are often full of long lasting wisdom.  This next quote was created by me in the midst of “creative flow”, I want you to really think about its message and what it means to you.

The Key to Change

Clarabelle Logo (2)

You are…….

You are amazing, unique and very special indeed, there is no one else exactly like you. You have the capacity to achieve all that you have ever dreamed of, I want you to visualise that now, see yourself in that place of abundance, love and lots of beautiful laughter. Yesterday is now a distant a memory, tomorrow is not here yet, embrace today, welcome the NOW with open arms, go out for a walk and let the gentle breeze outside blow away the remaining cobwebs.

Awakening Your Soul

Right now, I want you to take 3 long deep breaths, inhale positivity and exhale worries and stress, give yourself a pat on the shoulder and smile……this is your first step to feeling alive in this moment, awakening your soul and freeing your spirit to the thriving energy of the Universe.

This next poem is for you, I wrote it especially for you, because you are so special to me and you are truly loved in this world, more that you will ever know.  Believe that someone out there right now is thinking of you and holds you very close to their heart.

Have a beautiful day today my friends. Much love to you Clarabelle.

The Key to Change

Stop, think, listen so deep,

The key to change, is for you to keep.

The combination is simple, think out of the box,

Discover the opportunity, under the rocks.

At the centre of the cave, a heart beats strong,

A musical drum, dancing to the song.

A mystical moment, so special and rare,

The magic is within you, uncover and share.

Let Courage Through

What is Ultimately Important to You?

I strongly believe that having time to self reflect on your life, your progress and your self awareness, really helps you to discover who you really are, what you really want and what is ultimately important to you.  This next poem, was written in creative flow and during a moment of self reflection.

Every Moment is a Moment to Change

Take some quiet time today to reflect on where you are at in life and what (if anything) needs to change.  There is love after the heartache, there is peace after the pain, there is happiness after the sadness and you soon will have pure energy again.  Every moment is a moment to change for the better, be the champion of your own life and act as though it is impossible to fail.  Much love to you today Clarabelle.

Let Courage Through

Stop for a minute, pick up a pen,

Jot down some questions, reflect again.

Create space in your head, give it some time,

Listen to the whispers, that make your heart shine.

Live in the moment, let courage through,

Baby steps closer, discover the true you.

A Vision of Love

This photograph below was taken on a beautiful winter’s day in Bonny Scotland, a stunning little place called Balmaha.  It inspired this next inspirational quote.  May you open your heart today and see an inspirational vision of love right there in front of you.  Clarabelle

Balmaha, Scotland
A Winter’s Day in Balmaha, Scotland

“Love has endless beauty,

like the sun shining on a winter’s day.”

(Clarabelle)

True Beauty

The “roots determine the fruits”, what does this mean?  It means that if you work on the root of a problem rather than the symptom you can create everlasting change.  Nourish the root with love, that’s what my next inspirational quote for you is all about.  May your day be filled with love and encouragement, Clarabelle.

Nourish it with Love
Nourish it with Love

“True beauty is within the seed,

nourish it with love,

and then love will grow.”

(Clarabelle)

What makes you tick?

Welcome to my newly monthly post, where I will post a question for you to answer (I will share my answer with you too).  You may not wish to answer straight away, you may wish to contemplate the question for a few minutes/hours/days or even a couple of weeks.  You don’t even need to post the answer on here, but it would be nice if you would and share your answers with others.  So here is your question for March 2013:

What makes you tick?
What makes you tick?

What makes you tick?

Here is my answer:

Creating meaningful poetry from my heart and soul and sharing it with you.

In the midst of silence…..

Listen to you heart by silencing your mind….this next inspirational quote is for YOU.  May the whispers of your heart, sing to you today.  Love, Clarabelle.

Listen to your heart
Listen to your heart

“In the midst of silence,

your heart speaks many gentle words…..listen.”

(Clarabelle)

Love….what is love?

Here are my thoughts on love, put into an inspirational quote for YOU.  Much love to you today, Clarabelle.  Wishing you a fulfilling day filled with pure love.

Love is...
Love is….

“Love is the pure essence of life,

without love, we are empty inside”.

(Clarabelle)

Your Soul is Beautiful

I love inspirational quotes, below is an inspirational quote created by me for YOU….because, your soul is truly beautiful!!  Much love to you today, Clarabelle.

Inspirational Quote
Your Soul is Beautiful

“Your soul is beautiful,

let it radiate warmth

and melt worries away.”

(Clarabelle)

Follow Your Heart

It’s Okay To Feel Vulnerable

One of my coping mechanisms for releasing frustrations is to write poetry from my heart and soul.  This next poem was created at a time when I was feeling a little stressed out and frustrated with myself and I know we’ve all been there, sometimes too often!!  The purpose of me sharing this with you is because I feel through my own creative self-expression, there is much encouragement, support and positivity shining through, which may help you if you’re going through a similar experience right now.  I want you to know that it is okay to feel vulnerable at times, actually, I believe now that showing vulnerability is often a real strength of integrity and authenticity.  Give yourself permission to be who you really are, silence the overwhelmed mind and follow your heart.  May you take comfort and courage from the following verse.  Much love to you, Clarabelle.

Follow Your Heart
Follow Your Heart

Follow Your Heart

I feel frustrated, but no one knows;

How up and down I feel, but on the inside it shows.

So I take a time out, it’s time to express;

These random thoughts, are a bit of a mess.

But my mind feels strong, I prepared for it well;

The stresses keep coming, but I’m not in hell.

There is one part in balance, so I never fall;

Even though the ground is shaky, I’m walking tall.

I believe that this, pain will go;

I’ve built up an inner resistance, no matter what life does throw.

It’s teaching me something, and breaking old rules;

Changing me for the better, giving me new tools.

So I can mend, myself for good;

Uplifting my spirits, brightening my mood.

So when life gets you down, as it sometimes will;

You can create the way out – minus the pill.

Shine from within, follow your heart;

Your new life is waiting, soon you’ll never be apart.

Keep a Strong Mind

Life Throws Us Many Challenges

Life throws us many challenges and sometimes just when you think you’ve got a little closer to the mountain top, darkness falls and fears and frustrations kick in.  No one said life was ever going to be easy, but we must remember there are many things in life to be grateful for right now.  Having an attitude of gratitude will become your inner torch, and will fill up your soul with an abundance of love and light.  This next poem was written by me, during a challenging time in my life and my self expression through my poetry, at times, was my saving grace.  I now share this with you in the hope that it will help you in some way to move forward regardless of the barriers that are in your way.  Much love to you today and always, Clarabelle.

keep a strong mind
keep a strong mind

Keep a Strong Mind

Too many things, so much to do;

One day feeling bright, the other feeling blue.

At this age now, I look life in the eyes;

Where am I going?  Where’s the surprise?

It’s gone a bit stale, I feel the dust;

I need to take action, this is a must.

The mountain is high, and the weather is bleak;

I must keep a strong mind, even though I feel weak.

Trudge, trudge, every step up the hill;

Moves me closer, this dream I will fulfill.

To escape in my imagination, makes me feel free;

It uplifts my spirits, like the wind’s carrying me.

For I come alive, when I write through my soul;

It opens the straight jacket, and fills up the black hole.

There are no boundaries, no pain my way;

The creativity is flowing, I’m listening to what I say.

It feels like magic, the words they come fast;

Meaningful moments, inspiration that lasts.

This feels easy, as I explore deep inside;

The experiences I hold, come in like the tide.

This I must do, it’s where I feel best;

Forget the distractions and let my mind just rest.

For here I find peace, just the silence and me;

My world is not empty, when I just be.

Thank You

Thank you

started this ‘Poems by Clarabelle’ blog in April this year.  I am not even sure I remember where the ‘trigger’ to start this blog came from (possibly an inner calling) but I am so delighted that I did.  No words can describe how wonderful it feels to express my creativity in an inspirational way, all I want to do is ‘make a positive difference’ in the lives of others and from the feedback of blog followers, I know I have achieved that and touched hearts along the way……WOW!!  So now, today, I would like to give a little back to celebrate my 100th blog follower – thank you, thank you, THANK YOU.  For the next 48 hours, as a special thank you for your support, I am giving away a ‘free’ e-copy of my Ebook, entitled ‘Inspirational Quotes & Poems’, please head over to my ‘Author’ page on this blog to find out more about it.  To request your free copy, please email me at claire@murraypeople.com and your copy will be on its way to you.  This free offer is only available for the next 48 hours and I really look forward to continue sharing the inspiration with you, we are on this life journey together.  Lots and lots of love Clarabelle.

Where are you inspiration?

reflections

Where are you inspiration?

I searched and searched you know, looking for that one piece of inspiration, that one trigger, that sentiment of hope that would help me to turn my life around.  I searched long and hard, night and day……..I struggled to find it.  Where are you inspiration, when I need you the most, where are you to help me get back up again?  And the search continued…… click here to read on https://poemsbyclarabelle.wordpress.com/reflections/

Life Energy

I went to visit one of my clients yesterday and he had this book on his desk called ‘Your Body Doesn’t Lie’ by John Diamond, M.D.  I asked him about the book and he kindly gave it to me to read – I have just finished the book this evening and I want to share with you a little of what it says about the positive effects of reading poetry in relation to your inner wellbeing.  One of the techniques it shares for increasing your Life Energy is to recite a verse or two of poetry or look at a landscape painting. So all you poets, poetry fans, artists and photographers out there have another wonderful reason to create and share your amazing talents with the world.  This next poem is for you, I hope it increases your Life Energy by reading it.

Life Energy

Having life energy, makes you smile

It uplifts your spirit, for more than a while

By reciting poetry, you go from low to high

Or looking at landscapes, beneath the bluest sky

So all you poets, and photographers too

Keep on creating, because your fans love you

You benefit them, in every way

By raising their Life Energy, so they can play
