A Trigger

Sometimes you just can’t force yourself to be inspired, sometimes you just have to let go and let the inspiration find you, let it find its own way to your heart.  I say this because I have experienced it for myself and tried to force inspiration but I just cannot do it, it doesn’t feel right and it doesn’t connect or flow.  Then when I begin to switch off, when I take my mind off trying too hard, then comes a signal, a trigger, an emotional connection to a sense of purpose deep inside of me and WOW, I FEEL INSPIRED….then I create, just like I am doing right now…..I am writing from inspiration and the words just keep coming, flowing freely like a magical waterfall.  I feel my energy rising throughout my body, focus is maximised and concentration is full on, I know other things are going…

I am waiting on a colleague to call me this morning and during this tranquil time before we speak I thought I would write a little poem, because I feel I haven’t shared a poem on here for a while.  So here is what poured out of my being, it took less than 60 seconds to create, so I guess I must be connected to the right sources for this to happen – this is creative flow at its very best.  I hope you enjoy, lots of love to you today, Clarabelle.

Take Your First Flight

The experience of life, will make you strong,
Your spirit will uplift you, to where you belong.
All is whole, truth and more,
Welcome the world, open the door.
A grateful heart, will always smile,
Magical moments, are felt for a while.

I was listening to a YouTube video by Wayne Dyer the other day and it inspired me to write this next poem, ‘Bubblegum Ambitions’.  This poem is about living outside of your ego and being proud of who you really are, because you are the greatest you. Have an inspired day.  Lots of love Clarabelle

Bubblegum Ambitions

You are not what you have, or even what you do,

You are what you are, be grateful for you.

To compare your life, to another one,

To agressively compete, under the sun.

Will take your ego, into the sky,

Bubblegum ambitions, no tears you will cry.

Gratitude

I have a lot of gratitude bursting inside of me right now, I know it was always there but I didn’t always show it.  I know I am walking the path of gratitude, I am growing and becoming a better person every day but I want to continue to develop all of this in a natural and very genuine way, it must not be forced.

What a Feeling

Yesterday, I was with a client and he shared with me a “Mood Lift Chart”.….WOW, I just loved this.  The chart scale goes from a score of minus 9 which represents a depressed mood to plus 9 which represents gratitude.  When I looked at this chart I instantly smiled because I knew at that moment in time I was in a grateful mood, the top of the chart – what a feeling!!

It’s Never Too Late

It’s never too late to change direction in your career, you can change direction at any moment in your life.

If you had to change direction in your career, what direction would you go in?  What other job or business would you like to have?  Sometimes it’s really good to just think about these things because if you’re unhappy where you are, you can always change it.  You are in control of your life, you just need to really truly believe that.

Lead me to your heart,
For I’ve forgotten the way.
It’s like New York City,
With no people today.

You may remember a few days ago I posted a blog entitled “What is a Talent?” and this blog post related to the book Strengths Finder 2.0 by bestselling Author, Tom Rath.  I shared with you on that blog post what my top five strengths are – number one being:

Peace in her Heart

She woke up, with peace in her heart today
No inner battles, in her way
The fight has gone, war no more
Everything leads, to the fulfilment door
Now it’s different, now she can see
That an opened heart, will let this be

Think Feel Do

I want you to think about this, how do you usually respond to the people and circumstances around you when you are in a low mood? Chances are if you’re anything like me, not very positively. Wouldn’t it be best then to wait until your mood changes to a much more positive mood before you respond to situations. Yes, I know you can’t wait forever because this is life and you will want to be getting on with things, but if you take ‘time’ out of the equation and focus more on changing your thinking about the situation then ‘time’ will not be the main issue……you just have to change your thinking. Bargain Price

I subscribe to Psychologies Magazine (UK)and I was pleasantly surprised and excited to read their 4 page article on “The Healing Power of Poetry” in their February 2013 edition.

Something Magical Happened

And just when she was about to give up, something magical happened, just like she always believed, exactly how she had envisioned it and precisely what she had written down.  It had always been there, but she didn’t see it at first……then when she opened her heart, all was revealed.

Be Prepared

Trust in the absolute power of the universe, have faith that everything will  work out just the way it is supposed to and know that every false start gets you closer to your goal.  Be prepared as much as you can, because when lighting strikes and it surely will, I want you to be ready, to be at your very best, to embrace each opportunity and share the wisdom that grows from this life changing experience.

Personal Insights

Never Give Up

Sometimes in life, I truly believe that we are meant to meet some people, I know they have crossed my path for a reason.
