Moving from ‘Stuck’ to ‘Unstuck’
We’ve all had days when we feel a little bit ‘stuck’ and I include myself here, after all we are only human. It is possible for you to go from stuck to unstuck within moments and I believe the process for this is different for every person. When I created the poem below I was feeling in a ‘stuck’ place, but by the time I had finished the poem, I had moved to unstuck…the answer came from within and when I was in ‘creative flow’. What will you do today to help you move from a feeling of being ‘stuck’ to ‘unstuck’? There is a way, there is always a way, silence your mind, open your heart and let the answers flow. Much love to you, Clarabelle.

Today I Was Stuck
It’s nearly midnight, and I’m lying in bed;
I think of my inaction, before I rest my head.
Today I was stuck, I didn’t play the game;
Life got the better of me, unleash this chain.
Many brick walls, are in my way;
Built up by me, getting higher each day.
I kick and I punch, the battle is in me;
I’m fighting myself, this I can see.
So what do I do, to turn this around?
Inside is the answer, this I have always found.
Let go of the fight, it’s not a war anymore;
Staring at these four walls, will not open the door.
Step outside, breathe in the air;
Replenish your spirit, feel the wind in your hair.
Dust yourself down, and put a smile on your face;
Slowly walk down the path, and gradually pick up the pace.
To master the mind, it not about control;
Release that desire, and you’ll discover your soul.
Silence is golden, connect to the now;
The answers will come, and then you’ll know how.

Hello Clarabelle, this poem is quite appropriate for me and what I am going through right now. “Let go of the fight” (stressing about things instead of facing them), and the solution “breathe in the air” (have a break); “Replenish your spirit” (recharge) then “Inside is the answer, this I have always found” (work on a plan), and “The answers will come, and then you’ll know how” (choose to act on it and make it work). Thanks 🙂

Wow, Elizabeth, I am speechless because the way you have interpreted the meaning of my poem is so truly amazing….and the best part is that I know your comment will help other people in a similar situation. I am so glad I shared this poem because sometimes it’s hard to put yourself out there and your true feelings but in order to help other people I must. Thank you so much for taking the time to share all of that. Much love to you Clarabelle – you will do it Elizabeth, I just know it!!

Brilliant Elizabeth, I would love to add your post at the bottom of this poem as a related article then, if that’s okay with you?

I agree. The secret to getting unstuck is simply to take action, then let the universe go to work. Great post Clarabelle!
