Saying “thank you” is so very powerful indeed. When you say thank you to another person it truly does touch their heart and it touches your own too.

In 2013 I looked out my back garden and I was awesomely astounded by the beautiful brightness of the full moon in the midnight sky, I quickly grabbed my iPad and took the photo below.
It’s only now when I properly look at this photo, I see another beam of shooting light, it could well be an aeroplane in the sky, but I like to believe, I actually love to believe that I captured on camera a shooting star…….WOW, how magical is that. NutriBullet All The Way
I was so excited on Saturday, I treated myself to my first ever nutrient extractor the “NutriBullet”. It is a combination of both a blender and a juicer and perfect for me in helping me achieve all my health goals.
As I shared with you in a previous post I am running my 4th marathon in May this year, the Edinburgh Marathon and I want to ensure that I get the right proper nutrition into my body during my 20 weeks training plan. I did a lot of research into the NutriBullet and what it can offer me in terms of health benefits and so therefore I decided to buy one.
Tonight, I tried it out for the very first time and I loved it, here’s what I put in my NutriBullet healthy smoothie:
I didn’t actually follow any specific recipes for the above, I just put in my own smoothie mixture and hey presto, it tasted really really delicious. I had a small glass tonight and I have kept the rest in the refrigerator for my breakfast first thing in the morning. I love it, I LOVE it and I love putting healthy foods into my body, it just makes me feel so good and full of vitality and energy.
I shall keep you posted on all the other adventurous smoothies I make and also healthy soups, maybe you would like to try it for yourself one day, I would totally recommend it.

Doe Deer Trail
Today, I went on a “Doe Deer” trail walk today in the Highlands of Scotland, and I was so wanting to see a Doe Deer. I was planning on doing a 1.5 hour walk, but it led into a 3.5 hour walk, after I got “lost in the woods”.
Magical
It was precisely 2 hours and 2 minutes when the most stunning, magical thing happened, a Doe Deer came springing across my path, it was a breathtaking moment. I just completely stopped dead in my tracks and watched her prance her way into the depths of the woods. The thing is, if I had never taken a wrong turning, if I had never got lost, I wouldn’t have experienced that amazing moment.
Where the Magic is Found
It got me thinking this evening, that maybe in the mystery of getting lost or taking a wrong turning, this is where the magic is found.
What a beautiful thought and an even better feeling.
