I had a wonderful conversation recently about it – it made me feel so happy and alive.
There are many different individual interpretations of “making your dream life come true” and it’s not always about “dripping in gold” and driving a Rolls-Royce.
“Living the dream life“, is more often about…
Spending precious time with loved ones;
Having good health;
Being around nature;
Feeling relaxed, safe and happy in your environment;
Having a comfortable home;
Having easy access to running water, food on the table and a cosy bed to sleep in;
Reading a great book and/or watching your favourite movie;
Glaring at a mesmerising sunset or being captivated by the beautiful morning sunrise;
Taking the super excited family dog for a walk;
Strolling along the beachfront, breathing in that salty sea air;
Sharing warm hugs and cute cuddles with a loved one;
Enjoying a nice cup of tea or fresh pot of coffee;
Jumping in the puddles and dancing in the rain;
Laughing out loud and having fun;
Writing a poem, drawing beautiful art or storytelling;
I could go on with this special list but I know you get what I mean.
Maybe, if you just think about it, you’re “living the dream” already – or can at least tap into parts of it throughout your day – doesn’t that make your heart smile?
Find the “dream” where you are – where you stand right now, in this moment – isn’t it such a beautiful thing?
Your true presence is EVERYTHING and all you’ll ever need.
Here’s an enchanting poetic story I wrote back in 2013. It’s taken me over 11 years, but now I am in the process of turning this magical poem into a short story book.
May you find peace of heart in its endearing message…
Three Little Angels
I walked to the rainbow’s edge, This was a dream come true. Three little Angels sat on a ledge, Singing, whatever you want, you can do.
I thought to myself, is this for real? Stunned in amazement, happiness I feel. I am blessed, with the greatest treasure, I said to the Angels, it is my pleasure.
I pondered for a moment, about what they said, Random thoughts went through my head. Whatever I want, I can do, Surely this is a dream come true.
How do I do it? I asked all three, What is the answer? What can it be? The Angels smiled and their eyes did glisten, I said, please tell me Angels, I will listen.
They gently whispered into my ear, My precious child, you are here. You are the dream, you are the mission, You are your life, you don’t need permission.
You can choose, you can decide, Let your beautiful heart, be your guide. Create the space,free up your mind, Your inner glow, is one of a kind.
You are true, you are wise, Your passionate heart, never lies. It is honest, all of the time, It will beat, without rhythm or rhyme. Because is always knows, what’s best for you, Trust that your talents will always shine through.
Oh little Angels, what names are you given? My name is “Faith” I am always in you living. My name is “Believe” I am always by your side. My name is “Magic” and in you I reside.
If this is true, I would have seen you before, I didn’t see you, when darkness was at my door. My dearest friend, we were always there, Holding your hands, feeling your prayer.
Our light you did not see, because you didn’t know, That you always, had this inner glow. The midnight sky, is so vast and black, Yet stars appear and light comes back.
You have that power, you are so bright, You are the magic, every single night. When the sun goes down and darkness falls, You sparkle in this Universe, through all the walls.
We are here because of you, Your happiness now, let us through. We share this story, so you can tell, All your friends about this magical spell.
It protects your spirit, like a rainbow of love, Showering you with energy, sent from above. When you wake up in the morning, you will know,
You may not think that or believe it of yourself – but YOU ARE.
We are being informed a lot today about artificial intelligence – Do you think artificial can outshine an original creation?
AI is fake.
I would challenge ANY future robot to better create poignant poetry, deep words of wisdom or a beautiful emotional ballad.
AI will never be as emotionally perceptive as an awakened soul.
If AI, in the far future, ever tries to take over us human beings, they are ultimately finished, because they cannot advance emotionally.
Our feelings and emotions are what make us invincible.
The famous Selfridges in Oxford Street, London, once had an AI robot in the window. I stopped and stared at it for a while. The lady standing next to me, asked, “Does that scare you?”. I just looked at her in complete surprise. She said, “It scares me”, and then walked away.
I was left a little bewildered by her statement, for it was something I had never ever thought about.
My answer to her question therefore, is a hard “No“.
Why would I be scared of a fake robot in a shop window? Of course, she was referring to her imagined future with AI.
I’ve watched interviews with people like Elon Musk and Joe Rogan discuss the scary future of AI. I do respect these individuals and the amazing successes they have achieved in life.
Call me ignorant, naive or crazy – I believe no robot is better than you or I, at least, emotionally.
A robot may get good at copying us human beings, but, in my opinion, they will never supercede us in that respect.
Articial Intelligence supports huge scale global advancement but us, human beings, are already beyond that advancement – we just need to learn more about how we access that superior mode.
Therefore, to be ahead of the game, and before any feared robot takeover, we must study and apply leading edge teachings.
I want you to, DYOR on this one, but know you can advance by learning from the very best.
They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend, and wow, there are some absolute beauties of diamonds out there.
Today, I went for a little stroll along the famous Bond Street in London. I love to look in the shop windows there and admire the extra special designs.
I purposely went there to shop mentally. What does that mean? Well, I used my wonderful imagination to pretend buy. This aligns with the law of attractionand law of vibration. Basically, I am manifesting these items into my existence through the power of visualisation. I did this today, whilst listening to manifestation techniques on audio.
I went up and down Bond Street in London, looking for some unique items I would love to own.
It took me a while, but eventually, I found three items that truly captivated my attention….
I envisaged myself, wearing these items and admiring myself in the mirror with them on. I captured the lovely feelings of having these in my heart and it really did make me smile.
I then went looking for a luxury designer watch for my J – he loves the Patek Philippe brand, and I pictured myself surprise gifting him with it. Again, I embodied those happy and excited feelings inside of me.
By practising this mental exercise, I am raising my vibration to be aligned on the same frequency as having these items.
No joke – this stuff works – but it’s not always easy to do. It takes a lot of mental and emotional practice.
This is where the believing is seeing applies.
If you think I’ve gone mad, that’s okay, but try telling that to many olympic gold medalists, who use the power of visualisation, as part of their olympic training. Paris 2024 olympic gold medalist, Keely Hodgkinson talked about practising visualisation in her televised interview.
Keely wins Olympic Gold
There’s a vital addition to this visualisation stuff – you must take inspired action in alignment with your dream goal.
I’ll certainly let you know, as soon as the aforesaid diamonds are in my possession. I’ll definitely do a success blog post about it!
I live in my dream beach house, overlooking pretty white sand and sparkling turquoise waters. The fresh salty air breathes life into my soul, as I watch the majestic sunrise awaken every morning.
I often write from my ocean view balcony, grateful and mesmerised by each precious moment.
I glance up to the perfect blue sky, where colourful birds soar, happy in song and dancing in full flight.
I feel free, light, joyous and in love with this magical life. A life I once dreamt about, and now I stand here believing.
Since moving here with J, our lives have become beyond perfect. We love hosting family get togethers and our sunny beach life has never felt so much fun.
Believe me – you’re never too old to build a sandcastle!
Our home interior decor is beautified with soft sunlight pastel colours, that gently vibe with every pink glowing sunset.
We are both true Artists, creating lifetime masterpieces, that give inspiration and heartfelt hope to others.
We exude so much love and happiness, and this is returned to us ten-fold.
We never want to leave “Palm Emerald Island” this is our forever place.
We are healthy, full of love and abundant in every sense of the word.
I never want to wake up from this awe-inspiring dream.
And that’s what it takes to manifest your future life, today.
See yourself there, feel those feelings now and you’re vibing on a whole new different level.
Your thinking and feeling needs to be so elevated and on a higher frequency to attract that dream life to you.
The Universe will make it happen for you, as you take aligned and inspired action along the way.
You’re so close to your desired future – so very close.
It was a cool summer’s night on Tuesday, 19 May 1992 – I remember it so well. The whole evening, I was laughing, joking and having fun with friends, unaware of the unimaginable terror to come.
Expect the unexpected in life – good or bad…unfortunately for my friends and I, it was really bad.
On the drive home, life took a crazy tumble and unfortunately so did the car we were in. Even to this day, over 30 years on, my mind recalls the accident in slow motion. Every crashing sound, painful moans, hurtful groans and terrified screams, as the car bulleted through the thick wooden barrier, furiously demolishing its way through trees, as it manically rolled down the embankment.
It all happened so fast – like the speed of light – yet my memory of it comes with high sensory detailed accuracy.
In those life-threatening moments, I even had flashing thoughts of my family, sitting at home, unaware of this tragic event I was currently experiencing.
Everything in my life, during that point, was completely ‘out of control‘.
Bang…the car stopped dead…it was like an Angel’s hand had come out of nowhere and protected us.
I was trembling, my body ferociously shaking. We were alone, in the dark and no one knew we were there.
The strong scent of pine trees mixed with the smell of burning rubber and crushed metal was overpowering. In the near distance, I could hear the sound of running water – a river. I thought to myself, “if we have one more roll down, we’re in it!”
I was in extreme panic, my friend sitting next to me looked dead. She was completely unconscious, with blood trickling down the side of her face. I shouted her name….but nothing.
My other two friends, seated in the back of the car, were heavily disorientated, but thankfully moving.
The highest degree of pain I was feeling in my left leg was so bad, I was convinced I had lost it.
My mind was on maximum “flight mode” alert but my body was agonisingly stuck. My left leg was mangled so badly against the crushed car metal and I felt there was no way out.
“It’s going to explode“, I screamed. “This car is going to explode and I can’t get out”. I shouted aimlessly.
Like a miracle, my other friend in the back of the car, managed to escape and scrambled up the hill to seek help.
This “waiting” time was absolutely excrutiating. I felt I was trapped inside a ticking time bomb. In my extreme panicked mind, I thought the car would either explode with us in it, or it would roll further down into the river and we would drown. I was also sure at this point I had lost my leg and had no idea how the unbearable pain at this point, had not knocked me unconscious.
A tiny bit of movement came from my friend beside me – thank goodness she was alive but still unconscious.
My friend who went for help returned with a gang of people, who with great struggle but sheer determination managed to free my two other friends and carry them to safety, but I was still stuck. By this time my panic mode was off-the-scale – “I’m going to die“, I yelled in terror. “I’m stuck to this car and it’s going to explode“. My mind had gone crazy but these feelings were unbelievably real for me.
Eventually, after much exertion and ‘never give up‘ attitudes of the people helping, I was dragged from the car, howling in absolute agony. I was hurriedly lifted to the top of the road, where I was met with the newly arrived emergency services.
“Have I lost my leg?” I asked the ambulance team. “I think I’ve lost my leg. The pain is so bad.Please help me. Please save my leg“. I cried and begged of them.
I was frightened to look at my leg whilst lying on the side of the road, but I did. It was all twisted and seemed like it was back to front. My foot looked like it was hanging off and my leg was swollen to three times its normal size. The white jeans I was wearing, were now red – fully saturated in blood.
From start to finish, I remember every intricate moment of this horrible event – no other passenger did.
Two of the Policemen attending the accident scene that night, were so concerned about me and they very kindly visited me in hospital a few days later. One of them said, the car wreckage was so badly mangled, they don’t know how anyone got out alive. They explained that the front passenger seat, where I was sitting, was completely caved in. I was just a teenager and it was a miracle to be here!
Thankfully, we all came out of that awful car accident alive and over time recovered well. I had almost six weeks in hospital, with numerous operations on my left leg, which received pins and plates to help it fully mend. I was using crutches for over a year and wore a cast brace on my leg for a further year. I was then further operated on two years after the accident to have the pin in my thigh removed. I broke my femur, fibula and tibia bones on my left leg but I did NOT lose it.
I was pyschologically scarred for many years after the accident and unfortunately therapy didn’t work for me. The only way I overcame those deeply intense fears, was by learning to drive myself. It was five years later and my fourth attempt in, when I eventually passed my driving test. You see, I had to face my fears to overcome them.
Special Note:The ambulance, police, fire brigade and hospital services were totally AMAZING throughout and I truly offer a billion heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of them. And to the people who helped free us from the car wreckage. You will forever hold a special place in my heart. Your strength and courage were second to none that evening. Thank YOU bravehearts.
But lighting never strikes in the same place twice….does it?
Sadly, for me it does and on Tuesday, 29 September 1992, history repeated itself. I was in serious car crash number two….but that story is for another day!
I was 18 years old when the first accident happened. The week before the terrifying event, I was happily planning my future career. Everything was put on hold for two years, but it never stopped me. I forged my way back into the workforce as soon as I could and I never looked back.
And the troubles with my left leg – well that never stopped me either. I went on to run four marathons that I am very proud of achieving.
I am super grateful for my life and for the opportunity to embrace it everyday, full of abundant energy and with a courageous mindset.
I will never allow anything, for any length of time, to hold me back. I will always strive to be better and do better.
I commit to working on improving myself everyday. It doesn’t always go to plan and set backs do come my way, but I believe I am stronger than any challenge and so are YOU.
The beauty of life is to be savoured and enjoyed.
Focus on what is possible.
Believe you can achieve your dreams and desires.
See yourself living in your future desired life, TODAY.
I had the opportunity a few years back to look after a friend’s ten bedroom mansion whilst they set up their new business overseas.
The Beautiful Garden Grounds
I loved that big house, with its perfect private gardens, tranquil vibe and beautiful natural woodland setting.
I treated my time there as a real ‘gift’ and a haven to reset and refresh, before the next chapter in my life.
The house was in a quiet secluded area, so I didn’t meet a lot of people – just the lovely staff who looked after the grounds and cared for the inside of the house.
I was in that big house, often alone but never lonely – I just love my own company and precious quality time to myself.
The Real ‘Ginger’
There was one little extra special friend I made..and that was ‘Ginger’ a gorgeous cute cat who dropped by the house morning, noon and night. Now….up until that point in my life, I was NOT a cat lover….I would say, I was more of a dog person….cats were never my thing….until I fell in love with little Ginger.
I tried not to like Ginger at first….I was selfishly holding onto my “I’m only a dog lover” badge, but thankfully, that didn’t last long.
In my eyes, Ginger became perfect in everyway and we bonded over morning sunrises, summer evening sunsets and lots of saucers of milk!
Ginger was the ‘apple of my eye’,the friend I never wanted, but the true friend I really needed.
My Friend Ginger
I have never loved a cat so much.
When it was time to head back to the big city lights of London, I gave Ginger a tearful farewell and thanked him for making my stay extra memorable.
That was 7 years ago and little Ginger still holds a special place in my heart.
I want you to open your heart to ALL the love that comes your way and remember how blessed you are everyday to experience the beauty and beings of this world.
Dance to the tune of life’s harmony and emerge in a new light.
Amongst the chaos of life, it can be difficult to find a sense of peace and tranquility. Honour thy honesty and harmony will breathe light.
Find a sense of peace through prayer, self-reflection and purpose.
For in the deepest of silence, our truth whispers like an inner thunder.
In moments of doubt, despair and dread, know that alone time, blended with quiet space, will induce a fresh sunlight into any dark day.
Keeping it moving all the time, might seem like a good idea but this may also lead to “messy movements”, which in turn, can create more damaging chaos.
After one’s silent time, we make the right moves and not before.
You owe yourself the power of daily solitude, silence and serenity.
When something or someone upsets your equilibrium, it’s important to reset your inner balance as soon as you can.
An off-balance internal system can throw out your whole day and keep you from moving forward.
Try to move on from the situation as quickly as possible or indeed “park it” until you’re ready to deal with it.
I know when my equilibrium is out of balance, I struggle to focus on the ‘job in hand’ and make any valuable progression.
Sometimes, all you need, is a well-deserved “time out” away from the person or situation, in order to give your body and head, space to think or perhaps – not to think!
To sit and dwell in an uncomfortable environment that upsets you even more, is absolutely not what we are trying to do here.
So next time you feel your harmonious field becoming disrupted, do your best to get away from that situation super fast.
You can deal with it, when you’re ready and not before then.
So cherish your beautifully balanced equilibrium and never give anyone or anything the power to knock it out of sync.
Feel the energy of achieving your dreams. Put your energy out there and see what catches.
Enthusiasm
Your enthusiasm is a wonderful thing. It can inspire the greatest action and the most magical “out of the box” thinking, which may lead to activities that invite the perfect opportunity for you.
Feel the Vision
Be determined, feel the vision, believe that your energy will enthuse and attract other like minded people.
This is just the start. This is the beginning of an abundance of opportunities. This is your key to success.
Make it Happen
Feel the energy in your heart of hearts and release it – it’s your time to make it happen.
There are people who want what you’ve got to offer, so get going and put your energy out there. YOUR TIME IS NOW!
It’s your life -GO GET IT!

I was heading out for my usual outdoor run one day and my friend said to me, “It doesn’t bother you running outside?” I was like, “Why?”. She then explained to me, that she wouldn’t run outside because she would think everyone was looking at her. I shared with her, that gladly that thought didn’t ever come into my mind and even if it did, I would probably think, “Good, maybe I’ll inspire someone to run too!“
Do you see the EMPOWERMENT or DISEMPOWERMENT your mind can have over you?
I want you to THINK about your THINKING and if it serves you well or not.
Think POWERFUL thoughts that will build you up, not break you down.
Aim to be more SELF-CONFIDENT and less SELF-CONSCIOUS, it will help you to forge forward in life.
And lastly, if you want to run outside but are maybe thinking, “What if everyone is looking at me?” Change that thinking to, “WHAT IF I INSPIRE SOMEONE TO RUN TOO?”
The selfie photo below, is of me recently, just back from my evening run in Hyde Park, London.
Clarabelle loves to run!
I hope I have inspired you to run too!
Have a GREAT one, wonderful you.

MY SWEET SWEET MEMORIES FROM THE LATE 70S & EARLY 80S
You could leave your house door open during the night;
You could go for an early sole run in the park with no fear;
You would chat outside to your next door neighbour for hours;
No one carried a mobile phone and everyone coped fine;
Children played in large groups outside after school;
Local playgrounds were filled with children, without the need for parents being there;
Children used their imagination and played ‘made up’ games with their friends;
You only had one true best friend but it was called a ‘best pal’;
We didn’t have a landline at home and no one really cared;
All family dinners were home made;
A holiday was going on family day trips to the closest seaside location;
There was only three TV channels and we felt spoiled for choice;
If you could afford a taxi, you were rich;
If you missed the bus, you had to wait another hour on the next one;
Those tiny bronze half pence pieces existed and you felt you had loads of money;
Children would jump for joy with a 10 pence mix up;
Children played water fights during the summer holidays with empty washing up liquid bottles;
Everyone in the community knew each other and looked out for each other;
Hardly anyone had a car;
Getting a 50 pence toy from the local shop, felt like Christmas;
The milkman delivered your glass bottles of milk on your front door step every morning;
As children, we played, football rounders, hide and seek, skipping ropes, kick the can, hopscotch, obstacle courses, sprint races, tennis, swingball, talent shows…and all outdoors!
My Dad, Grans, Granda, Aunties, Uncle, Godmother and some good School Pals were all living back then – now sadly missed . . . . . . oh how I remember when!

I can honestly say, I haven’t had the Monday Morning Blues for a good few years now and I never want to have them in the future either.
I remember, in my much younger days, getting these feelings, which often started on the Sunday evening!
I know, most of you can relate to those feelings of ‘dread’ going into a job that, for your own reasons, didn’t feel right.
I made a promise to myself a few years back that if I ever got so low again going into a job, I would sort that stuff out super fast.
Thankfully, I know what I want from a job and how I can utilise my skills and experience to contribute effectively. I also know how I want to be led and empowered to bring my best game to the table on a daily basis.
You have the true capacity and pure potential to achieve everything you want from your work and you are in control of whether you make it or break it.
I believe you deserve to experience the best of opportunities out there, so make sure you bring your ‘A’ game every single time.
There is this great quote by Rumi, “what you seek, is seeking you”, and for me, this quote is a wonderful reminder to never doubt your capabilities and be mindful of the many doors that are open for you – just walk right in.
Feelings have power,
feelings can speak,
feelings can take you,
to the mountain peak.
Feelings can hurt,
feelings can breathe,
feelings can lead you,
so you can achieve.
Feelings are precious,
feelings are true,
feelings will determine,
every part of you.
Feelings can unite,
feelings can fly,
feelings can control,
your every why.
Feelings are unique,
feelings are you,
feelings are loving,
can you feel me too?
1.
If God lets me
I'll always lead the way
If God lets me
I'll kneel down with him and pray
If God lets me
I'll do him very proud
If God lets me
I'll help all lost in the crowd
2.
If God lets me
I'll shine like the morning sun
If God lets me
I'll do what he needs done
If God lets me
I'll be a beacon of pure strength
If God lets me
I'll go to any given length
3.
If God lets me
I'll show him my full power
If God lets me
I'll respect his every hour
If God lets me
I'll take the best right turn
If God lets me
I'll let all worry burn
4.
If God lets me
I'll give him my all
If God lets me
I'll knock down each brick wall
If God lets me
I'll be happy in present time
If God lets me
I'll forever be more than fine
5.
If God lets me
I'll forgive and forget
If God lets me
I'll get out of all bad debt
If God lets me
I'll love him like no other
If God lets me
I'll make peace with every brother
6.
If God lets me
I'll hold my head up high
If God lets me
I'll be truthful and not lie
If God lets me
I'll always sing his song
If God lets me
I'll make right every wrong
7.
If God lets me
I'll live life to the full
If God lets me
I'll obey his every rule
If God lets me
I'll share the good I know
If God lets me
I'll give all hope a go
8.
If God lets me
I'll believe in my self-worth
If God lets me
Every wave of life I'll surf
If God lets me
I'll be positive and bright
If God lets me
I'll sleep peacefully each night
9.
If God lets me
I"ll take my second chance
If God lets me
I'll celebrate and dance
If God lets me
I'll show him I am real
If God lets me
I trust he'll make the deal

What is love,
without surprise,
a caring thought,
heartfelt eyes.
What is kindness,
without the giving,
touching lives,
soulful living.
What is forgiveness,
without a prayer,
sharing you,
unique and rare.
What is gratitude,
without the knowing,
a thankful bond,
a miracle glowing.
What is here,
without your presence,
healing time,
your very essence.

Vibrant youth,
bountiful in art,
graceful in nature,
sweet miracle heart.
Oh beautiful flower,
in my soul you do live,
the scent of your life,
forever it gives.
I watch you in awe,
growing so free,
a magical creation,
a wonder to see.
Most of us who have suffered the great loss of a precious loved one, may indeed connect to the following poem.
I want you to know that I feel you and I truly understand the deepest hurt losing a loved one can bring.
WHEN YOU LOSE A LIFE
When you lose a life,
you loved so much,
absence of hugs,
missing their touch.
You grieve their heart,
you once embodied before,
many sleepless nights,
craving them more.
An invisible pain,
that never goes away,
so lost without them,
a hate for each day.
No one shares,
the hurt in you,
life feels numb,
purposeless too.
But know their presence,
lives in your soul,
a bond so strong,
making you whole.
Believe they stand,
right by your side,
giving you energy,
watching with pride.
They are your candle,
giving you light,
they are your blanket,
comforting you at night.
They listen to your whispers,
guide your inner thoughts,
solving your problems,
untying the knots.
So remember their smile,
laughter and glow,
bringing you solice,
when you feel low.
Know that their spirit,
embraces your love,
forever your star,
shining from above.

Sometimes we slow down in our progress because of our misdirected energy. What do I mean by this?
Well, when our focus is out of alignment and our core values are not being honoured on a daily basis, our energy takes a different path or indeed a different form.
Think about what “doings” give you the greatest life energy and direct your focus more into that.
I was so excited this morning to write to you in this blog and that’s a very good example of where my energy needs to be.
As you move through your Monday, may you channel your energy in the right direction.
Create your day from the heart and your energy will be in abundance.
Expect a wonderful happy surprise, feel what that feels like and you know what, I believe that the law of attraction has got to give it to you.
Do what feels good to you and that doesn’t mean that you have to wait until it has actually materialised, feel good now, in this moment and smile. I think a lovely surprise is on it’s way to you and to me…just you wait and see!!
Life is full of wonderful surprises, love to you, Clarabelle.
