Often I don’t know why the words dance in harmony that way. I’m not even sure it’s my message. Regardless, of the source, it always comes with “a loving embrace” – the purest kind.

Never Meant To Be
You call me a rolling stone,
it was never meant to be,
an explorer merging into the sunset,
life turned out to be free.

chasing drifting dreams,
escaping a happy home,

no sparkling golden crown,
where rivers of hope run,

I made my own way,
through misty turmoil,

Here’s an enchanting poetic story I wrote back in 2013. It’s taken me over 11 years, but now I am in the process of turning this magical poem into a short story book.

Three Little Angels
I walked to the rainbow’s edge,
This was a dream come true.
Three little Angels sat on a ledge,
Singing, whatever you want, you can do.I thought to myself, is this for real?
Stunned in amazement, happiness I feel.
I am blessed, with the greatest treasure,
I said to the Angels, it is my pleasure.I pondered for a moment, about what they said,
Random thoughts went through my head.
Whatever I want, I can do,
Surely this is a dream come true.How do I do it? I asked all three,
What is the answer? What can it be?
The Angels smiled and their eyes did glisten,
I said, please tell me Angels, I will listen.They gently whispered into my ear,
My precious child, you are here.
You are the dream, you are the mission,
You are your life, you don’t need permission.You can choose, you can decide,
Let your beautiful heart, be your guide.
Create the space, free up your mind,
Your inner glow, is one of a kind.You are true, you are wise,
Your passionate heart, never lies.
It is honest, all of the time,

Being true to yourself
I don’t hear many people talk about being harmoniously happy, but it is a thing in my life.
I wrote a poem about being harmoniously happy and I share it with you below…
The answers to being harmoniously happy are expressed quite clearly in the poem – “be aligned”.
Align yourself to your core values and that’s where you’ll find it.
There is so much beauty and power in being true to yourself – outside stress is immediately eliminated for starters.
Know what is most important to you and honour it in your life.
Temporary fixes only treat symptoms but you want to sort your life out at the root, for harmony lives and breathes there.

There is so much healing power in gratitude – read what Dr Joe Dispenza has to say about it and you will be amazed.
I created the following Gratitude Poem which I say faithfully every night before I sleep. I made myself memorize it in 2020, whilst out on daily walks, up in the Highlands of Scotland.

I remember in 2014 when I was on a soulful nature walk in the beautiful Oxfordshire Countryside. The sun was shining, skies were so blue and everything within me felt at peace.
I got a little lost on this walk and happened to stumble across the most beautiful field of sunflowers – it was breathtakingly magical to me – in that wonderful moment, I was in absolute awe.
It was something new for me to see and I did not expect to see such beauty and wonder, as I was happily strolling along.
Life can be a bit like that….you may feel lost on your journey at times, but more often than not, it can lead you to magical places of self-discovery, unexpected opportunity and wondrous surprises.
I felt super blessed that day and was totally grateful in the moment.
I love sunflowers, they have been significant in many areas of my life, and I feel a beautiful connection to them.
I encourage you to walk amongst the magnificence of nature and know how truly special the experience is.

Awakening the world
My favourite time of day to write poems is very early in the morning or very late at night – when everything is much quieter around me.
I often dream of sitting in my ideal beach house writing poems on the ocean view balcony, whilst watching the sunrise or sunset – I plan to be doing this sometime in the future.
I therefore dedicate today’s poem to the dreams of tomorrow that I visualise today and what a wonderful feeling it truly is.
SWEET SUNRISE SUBLIME
The sun it rises,
glistening so bright,
it patiently waited,
goodbye to goodnight.
It’s warmth is tender,
a magical glow,
out to the horizon,
blue ocean below.
I stare at it softly,
with hypnotic eyes,
how blessed I am,
an amazing sunrise.
It gives me energy,
feelings of delight,
awakening the world,
happy and bright.

you make me feel good,

Have patience my dear,
for all is well,
I see it for your future,
I hear its jingle bell.

is a beautiful light,
waiting for the darkness,
to shine on you so bright.

they make us who we are,
welcome them with open arms,
jump on that magical star.

Courage will always find you,
be brave and carry on,
just because you can’t see it,
doesn’t mean all hope is gone.

I stand here tall,
mighty and strong,
confident in spirit,

I will have a POETIC EMPIRE evolving before your eyes
I hope you’re having a truly wonderful day – I really do.
I was reflecting today (28 October 2022) on how much I love writing poetry, so much so, that I decided to change this whole Clarabelle blog into one GIGANTIC POETIC VISION.
So you will see that some things have changed around here and my main aim will be to continue to write poetry daily and share it with you. Going back to my roots and keeping it simple.
I will still add in some empowerment food for thought along the way but my strong focus now, going forward is, quite simply, to write poems and share them with you.
So there you have it. Poetry all the way.
The Clarabelle Podcast will now become the Clarabelle Poetry Podcast and I will share my spoken word poetry with you.
The motivational and encouraging posts will now be entwined in some sort of poetic format.
The videos I create, will all be poetic.
The Clarabelle products on sale currently all contain poetic verses and I will continue with this.
Basically, I will have a POETIC EMPIRE evolving before your eyes.
So that’s it for today. I am currently in Bonny Scotland visiting my lovely Mum who is celebrating her 80th birthday but I will continue to write on here daily whilst away.
