We all have tough days, we all have hard times, we all suffer deep sadness and heartache. When the Rain Falls
You may feel pain today, it may be tough;
You may be worried today, weather is rough.
You may feel like crying, because you’re lonely inside;
You may feeling like dying, because your heart has lost pride.
But please believe me, for this one is true;
There is an abundance of love, surrounding you.
It is helping you release, all of that stress;
Building you from within, when life seems a mess.
Angels are dancing and holding you tight;
The sun is behind the clouds, shining on you bright,
When the rain falls, it is to refresh your soul;

This is a breakthrough day for me today, a day where I put my energy and heart out there to the world. I say this because I am being brave and courageous and putting myself out there to the Universe in a different way. I am sharing with you one of the songs I wrote recently for my new Album called “The Becoming of Me”. This is the first time I have ever sang on video with the intent to demonstrate the power and unfolding of making my dreams come true. This passion has indeed been locked inside of me for over 30 years and now I am embracing the moment and creating opportunities for myself. I have no idea where this may lead to, all I know is that it feels right to share with you today.
TRACK 1: “I AM HERE”
This song is about the loss of a loved one (my father) and also about having a loved one who lives very far away from you, like in a long distance relationship or family living “Across the Miles”. It tells the heartfelt story of the strong innner desire to have them so close to you, in that very moment, imagining them so close that they are actually there, then feeling the heartbreak of the reality that they are not there and are never coming back or will not be back for a long time.

Over the last year or so I have had an increasing desire to buy items that are the colour red, below is a list of some ‘red’ items I have purchased recently:

Before that I had the desire to purchase items azure bluefor e.g.

I originally didn’t really think that any of the above had any real significance to anything but after I had a meaningful conversation with someone about it, I now realise there is a very strong connection to the colours I am attracting into my life and what this actually means.
Chakras
A couple of weeks ago I was Chairing a Board meeting and before the meeting started I shared my desire for buying red with one of the newest Board members, John, who is a Reiki Master/Teacher (www.scottishreiki.co.uk). I said to John, “I just can’t stop buy red”, as I stood there proudly wearing my redtrench coat.
John explained to me how my buying of red relates to the different colours of the Chakras and he continued to explain to me what each colour meant. John expressed that my desire for red is a good thing and to continue to do what I am doing in terms of my own personal growth. The Red Chakra relates to these positive traits:
Energetic
Courageous
Pioneering Spirit
Leadership Qualities
Strong Willed
Determined
Spontaneous
Confident

I then looked up the meaning of Bluein relation to the Chakras. Blue is in relation to the Throat, the ability to verbalise and expressing truth through the power of the spoken word. “Blue is the colour of the spirit andrelates to self expression – speech, communication, the ability to communicate our needs and requirements; Spirit of truth and purpose. This is a mentally-relaxing colour. Connects us to holistic thought, and gives us wisdom and clarity enhancing communication and speech.” Extract from www.threeheartscompany.com
I totally found this a fascinating connection with me starting up of this blog, expressing myself through lots and lots of poetry and songwriting. I remember I had such strong desire for buying items of the colour blue at that time.
The significance here is that Aviral Kulshreshtha introduced my blog with a very interesting take on what he called my ‘red‘ photo. Here is an extract from that very blog post and Aviral’s introduction:
“Being a Science student, I always learned, ‘Red color has the highest wavelength’.’ The highest wavelength has the highest energy. This energy reflects from red colored pic, who inspired me at every bit of seconds and I truly feel lucky to have her on my ship of Life: Clarabelle. Clarabelle means Bright. As I said, red color is the brightest color which reflects from her poetic heart and beautiful mind.”

Wow, I just feel the significance of the above expressions from both John and Aviral relate so much to me attracting the colour red into my life (and blue the year before that) – I believe this is in relation to the frequency of the vibration I am on. High energy attracts high energy, thus my desire for the colour red.
I could be completely wrong here and it would be interesting to hear other thoughts on this, I am always open to new learnings.

There, I said it, I shared it….”I don’t love you anymore”. I don’t feel the way I used to feel about you, it isn’t a bad thing or a bitter statement, actually, it is a very positive statement and it is the realisation of an inner transformation in me. I feel no attachment to the past anymore, I feel no emotion when I think of you, just that I wish you very well and that I thank you for teaching me so many lessons about myself, helping me to understand my deepest thoughts and my inner struggles, at times. I am very happy that I met you all those years ago, for at that time, we had a very special connection and I believe we were meant to meet for the purpose of inspiring each other in the magic of love and trusting each other in the process.
Super Focused
I am focused now, super focused on the now and the future…..never our past, for that was many yesterdays ago and the best love is yet to come for us both. No longer do I dream of us together, dancing under the stars and laughing until the some comes up…..that vision for me has gone now, I don’t feel sad, I feel free and I feel happy. This next poem is inspired by that experience and as I end the chapter of this book, I look forward to creating the magical story of the future chapters. A New Love Story
Caught up in the moment, city lights bright,
Happiness in my heart, let’s meet up tonight.
Energy is high, love takes our breath away,
You can see my soul, you can hear it pray.
As quick as it came, quicker it went,
You had moved on, my love was spent.
And in the heat of the moment, I held on so tight,
You let go of my love, I never gave up the fight.

Following your passion
When we were kids, we used to enjoy every moment of our life. We were surrounded by ecstatic group, the group we were proud of and used to flaunt about with our family. We had no goal, no tensions, no work pressure apart from school homework and we never considered our life seriously. We weren’t serious about it. Those were halcyon days of our life.
Still we were passionate, energetic and full of motivation.
Where did we get the motivation from? What was the motivational factor? Who injected inspiration in us? What made us smile?
You guessed it right.
Friends!
Friends and friendship was our passion.
We developed and weaved beautiful dreams in our mind like weaving colourful sweaters.
As we grew older and got to know about life and relationships, got to know about priorities and our life got diverted from personal life to the professional life. As priorities changed, our goals changed and it changed the source of motivation.
Guess what?
Our dreams got shattered like ruptured glass and we adopted the scenario which later changed our motivation and passion. When passion and motivation fade, confidence drops and seeds of frustration burst over.
Result is crystal clear. Depression crops up and we ruin our precious life.
Follow your passion midst reaction.
We must never ever end up our passion. Passion makes us. It gives intense happiness which no one can ever provide you. Rebuild your motivational factor and prepare goal. Get inspired from leaders who changed the world. Ignite the passion within you.
If you love singing or dancing, join some institution or organization where you can strengthen and prosper your talent.
Search out what makes you happy. Scratch the factor and do what you love to do.
Rebuild your passion and make a way to achieve it. It not only blossoms you but also nurtures the society.

Sunshine in her Heart
She talks with sunshine, in her heart,
Love flows freely, a connected part.
In the darkest of days, she sees the star,
Bringing it closer, from travels afar.
Imagination sparkles, in every thought,
Happiness in the moment, that cannot be bought.
She is special, she holds cares in the clouds,
Enlightened moments, from amongst the crowds.
Where does this come from? How did it grow?
What does she feed it, for true love to flow?
There is no secret, or special mix,
The solution is insider her, and there’s nothing to fix.
I am a great believer that creativity and imagination are two of the key components to a happy and fulfilling life and when you combine this with truth, love, passion, inspiration and connectedness you get something that is really “explosive”, internally and externally. I am sure we have all experienced our dancing minds playing a “tug-of-war” with our heart-strings – lately I have been letting my heart win and my inner spirit is running joyously free.
Creative Mode
Moving out of competitive mode and into creative mode has lifted my being to another level and I feel truly liberated. This transition has led me to create the beginnings of my first ever music album, entitled “Divine Harmony”, a compilation of inspirational music that talks to your soul, sings to your heart and connects with your mind in a magnetic manner. I have now produced 8 musical tracks so far, let me tell you a little bit about each one:
Track 1: “Running Free” – This musical piece tells the story of “returning to your soul”, it takes you through a journey of life experiences that have went from deep sadness and loss to letting go, breaking free and arriving at who you really are. It is ultimately upbeat and uplifting.
Track 2: “Hearts Apart” – I wrote this musical piece based on some recent news that my Sister, Brother-in-Law, Nephew and Nieces are all emigrating to Mississippi next month. This musical compilation tells of the heart-warming story of my deep love for them as they travel on their own journey of happiness and adventure.
Track 3: “Moving On” – This creative piece is ultimately about love – being, doing and having love. It is about letting go of past loves and opening your heart to new loves now and in the future. It is a very moving and touching musical story and I had someone special in mind when writing this musical piece.
Track 4: “Inspiring Hearts” – This track is a part of who I am, it shares the story of my passion and desire to inspire hearts all over the world. The music aims to connect with ones soul and deeply move them in an inspirational and motivational way.
Track 5: “Flight of the Blue Butterfly”– This musical composition tells the story of the stages of healing towards ultimate freedom of heart, soul, mind and spirit. The blue butterfly is very significant for me and you can see it pictured as part of my Clarabelle logo. This harmonious musical piece aims to move you in a peaceful and spiritual way.
Track 6: “Happiness Now” – This track is a musical compilation of what it sounds like to me to experience happiness in each and every moment. It will help you to open up your heart to the whispers of your soul and see and feel the beauty in each precious moment of life. Beauty is all around us and this track is a unique representation of that.
Track 7: “Coming Home” – This musical piece tells the story of my self-journey to being at one with oneself. It shares the realisation that the answers were always there, from within. It is a musical expression of who I am and all I ever need to be. In this artistic creation, “I have arrived”.
Track 8: “I Am”– This track is a musical celebration of the soul, the artistic expression of knowing that I always knew and trusting the feelings from within. It is an uplifting and moving musical piece that will surely touch your inner being.

I love putting lots of focus and energy into this blog, it really feels part of me and I love expressing the voice of my heart and sharing it with you on here. I was having a chat with my friend Tom from Canada last year and he recommended to me this great book called Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath, New York Times Bestselling Author. I found this book truly amazing because it helps you to identify your top 5 strengths and then provides you with a follow-up report on how to take action towards maximising these talents. I often go through this with my clients when coaching them towards their goals. My top 5 strengths are: Futuristic, Maximiser, Positivity, Woo and Strategicand I can honestly say I get to utilise these strengths on this blog. I’m about to make some life changing decisions in the very near future, decisions that I feel will positively shape my life forever, new endings will meet with new beginnings and a new chapter of my life will become alive. We all have dreams, some of us make them happen and some of us hold on to them in our imagination and never let them go, allowing them to sleep silently in the midst of our minds and that’s okay, if that feels right for you. I would say that I am a dreamer, my dreams make me feel alive, for me I need to take action towards making them come true, because in my opinion, without dreams the world would be a lifeless place. This next poem was triggered by looking at a photograph of an absolutely stunning sunset, it was so hypnotic and mesmerising that I just had to write. This is what the imagination created, I hope it awakens your spirit too.

I have been working very very hard lately and not had much of a break, so now I think it is time to let my hair down a little and have some fun.
