Sometimes we slow down in our progress because of our misdirected energy. What do I mean by this?
Well, when our focus is out of alignment and our core values are not being honoured on a daily basis, our energy takes a different path or indeed a different form.
Think about what “doings” give you the greatest life energy and direct your focus more into that.
I was so excited this morning to write to you in this blog and that’s a very good example of where my energy needs to be.

It’s been a long time coming and eventually I made it back to you or would that be back to ME.

Just a Girl Who Got it All, that’s the title of the latest book I’ve been reading by Tanya Bardo and I really did like it a lot, it was a fabulous refresher of how to continously bring positivity into your life.
It is a true story of Life Coach Tanya Bardo, who turned her dreams into reality, I love inspiring true stories.
Tanya shares insights into her life, what was happening to her when her thinking was almost always negative and how she managed to turn it around to much more positive thinking everyday in her life and the positive things that came from this.
It was a fabulous reminder to me to always keep a positive mind and to visualise right now having the life you want – I love doing that and the book got me doing this again.
There is a quote in the book which I really really loved and I loved it so much that I immediately shared it with my friend who then shared it with her family, this is it below:
“God will not take you to what he cannot pull you through.”
I just loved that quote, for me truly inspiring and full of pure faith.
The book was simple to read, easy to follow and a gentle refresher on the mind to stay positive.
I love reading inspirational books.

I have a plan, a vision, a strong desire for changing things for myself for the better and you know what, the plan is working, it is starting to show me results in the areas I am wanting them.
I think it really does go to show, that you get more of what you focus upon, this is so true. You do have to put the work in though, but if it’s a strong passionate desire you’re working towards, then the work is never an issue and often the work is a complete joy.
I have a plan, a BIG plan and it’s working.
I urge you today to get yourself a plan, and then put it into daily action, yes, moment to moment, go to work on your plan – it may take some time but you will get there, believe me, YOU WILL.
